In and out. The employees even helped one another out. The security guard was pleasant as well. This what I like to see. I went in for a sim card and the was helped promptly. The store was business but it was worth it. This experience makes me want to remain a Verizon customer. Keep up the good work.
Went into the store today n 03/07/2025 around 1:15pm with an issue I had with my account of overcharges and my moms phone. The short light skinned lady didn’t want anything to do with it and said she would be charged a restock fee. I wanted her to check my account but she didn’t want to do that and said call customer service. They should learn how to handle situations even if it pertains to online she could’ve looked at my account to see what was going on but I got it handled with customer service.
