The man who waited on us messed up our phone order. Shut down wrong phone. Put in a different name for the new phone . They didn't have a key to get the phone had to go to another store in Germantown. Then had to return again to fix the phone that the shut off and get the real person name that phone belong to put on the new phone. Took going back 3 days later with a different staff and that's the only reason I give it a 3 star cause they fixed all the mess.

The store itself is very nice, but unless you’re buying something directly from them, don’t expect any customer service. They clearly prioritize commission over helping customers. We bought a phone online through Verizon and went to this store thinking we’d need a new SIM card. The moment they saw we had purchased the phone online, the rep spoke to the manager, and both said they couldn’t help us—not even to check if they had a SIM card. 1-Star Review for Verizon Wireless – 5323 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN Very disappointed with the service I received at this location. I went in to purchase a new phone for my son, and clearly explained that his old phone still powered on, but the screen was completely black, making it impossible to see texts or security codes. This is the Verizon store closest to m. My wife and I have been Verizon customers for a very long time. Fortunately we have not had to go to this particular Verizon store very often. The positives are our Verizon service works great and the people in the store are actually very nice. However this store is seriously understaffed and desperate for management capable of training the staff.
