Great customer service! The guy that helped us was really nice and patient with my elderly mom and with explaining things to her about her phone.
I am a new customer to Verizon with two active lines and on today the service I received was very unpleasant. No welcome in and no knowledgeable customer service or care. Christian has helped me in the past and today he was occupied with other customers. James the manager watched me patiently wait to be helped. The staff at this location are amazing! They are all polite and chill, including the manager! I came in with an online BYOD issue and they solved it effortlessly. I’m glad I chose this location for my switch to Verizon and will definitely be making this my go-to location.
The only verizon store and employees who actually attempted to assist us. Quick, polite and efficient. As Verizon has now replied to our review, i am editing this for clarity. We left Verizon, largely due to bad customer service and cost. When we switched to a new provider, verizon locked us out of our accounts but continued to bill us. Poor Customer Service Experience and Lack of Assistance IN-STORE: I visited the store in April regarding a stolen phone. The representative, a tall brown-skinned man, informed us that filing an insurance claim would cost more and suggested that we simply add another line to our account. When we agreed not to add a line, he then suggested that we go to T-Mobile because it would be cheaper.
