Employee has NO CUSTOMER SKILLS.
After two hours on the phone with Verizon, I came to the store to have my new phone activated. Kaveon was extremely helpful and provided a great experience. However, in the middle of our interaction, his manager came out and told him to stop what we were doing because he had forgotten one of his opening duties. As someone with years of management experience, I was stunned. A manager interrupting a customer interaction should never happen, nor should correcting an employee in front of customers. Manager needs training.
