If you want excellent customer service then the Verizon Poplar location has it through a very helpful, friendly, and competent lady named Toya. We were so pleased with the way she assisted us today.
I bought a Samsung from there alone challenge and guess what I still have been they gave me a nice case a screen protector they did it for me and it was only like not even 200 so you should use Verizon and the Wi-Fi is so good.
If you’re heading to the Verizon on Poplar Ave, do yourself a favor and ask for Kavion. I cannot recommend him highly enough! I came in with a frustrating issue, and Kavion was incredibly patient and actually took the time to listen to the full story. Warning, do not trust this store!!! Today I went into this location for a new phone and while I was there i was told that we could save some money on our phone plan. Supposedly i was going to see a $49 decrease in my monthly bill. The whole interaction was odd, we weren’t given details as to how we would save money, just told that we had an old plan and needed the new plan.
