They are always very helpful but I have questions about my phone. In a few more months I plan to get another phone, and I'll come right back to this place to do it
The secret is out, go see Mark! He was absolutely the most friendly and knowledgeable person around! I was hesitant in returning to this store. I went in a couple weeks ago looking to upgrade but the lady that assisted me, not sure if she was having a bad day? She wasn’t the most approachable but more importantly not helpful in assisting with my upgrade so I excused myself and left. Beware of these folks. I purchased a new phone and it was defective and I returned it back less than 24 hours and they charged me a $50 restocking fee of which I was never informed at the time of sale. The woman was very rude and disrespectful. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
This store canceled my order. They changed my order date claiming I never picked up “issued a refund” which I never got. It’s been a whole month. This store is stealing from me. Claimed I should call customer service and customer service say I need to call the store. I’m just gonna call the BBB and have them investigate this store and the workers
