Beware of these folks. I purchased a new phone and it was defective and I returned it back less than 24 hours and they charged me a $50 restocking fee of which I was never informed at the time of sale. The woman was very rude and disrespectful. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

This store canceled my order. They changed my order date claiming I never picked up “issued a refund” which I never got. It’s been a whole month. This store is stealing from me. Claimed I should call customer service and customer service say I need to call the store. I’m just gonna call the BBB and have them investigate this store and the workers

The service was incredibly bad from the time we stepped in and no one even welcomed us. It was a Friday morning, and the store was completely empty except for my husband and I. That being said, the lady had a look of disdain and frustration when we were asking her what we can do to fix our Samsung Galaxy Flip 5 that was starting to bubble and crease. my phone was completely broken not cracked but my screen was all black and green. i couldn’t remember my pin and it had a option to revive the code through text but i couldn’t since my phone was all black. the guy working at the store told me to call the insurance how am i supposed to call if my phone doesn’t work ? makes no sense, this was today, and you can tell these employees don’t care or don’t want to work because i didn’t have this issue with the one on trenton. i can’t believe i wasted time here, i strongly suggest y... read more
