The lady helping me left to answer the phone. When I asked if there was anyone else available the manager said the lady on the phone was helping me. I said no she isn’t she is dealing with someone that doesn’t even know what he is looking for. After a few words back and forth he approached me and put his device down and asked me if we were going to have a problem. I felt threatened and I called McAllen P D. To file a police report.

They are always very helpful but I have questions about my phone. In a few more months I plan to get another phone, and I'll come right back to this place to do it
The secret is out, go see Mark! He was absolutely the most friendly and knowledgeable person around! I was hesitant in returning to this store. I went in a couple weeks ago looking to upgrade but the lady that assisted me, not sure if she was having a bad day? She wasn’t the most approachable but more importantly not helpful in assisting with my upgrade so I excused myself and left.
