Grand Central Verizon location is the best! I had frustrating issue involving activation of new phone and Ryan spent close to an hour to resolve problem. The manager, James, also helped out - overall my best Verizon Store experience. Thank you Ryan and James!
Worst customer service I've ever seen. The employees obviously couldn't care less about their own commission. There are several other Verizon stores within blocks. Don't waste your time at this one. Not worth the aggrevation.

Went in to ask assistance, very basic question re Verizon service and their wholly owned company tracfone.1st store said they were privately owned and to go to a corporate store.It was a Sunday afternoon and asked more than once what was closing time for other store across town from them in Manhattan as I had to take a bus to get there.They gave me wrong information.They were closing at 5 not 6 as I had been sssured.The 3 employees who were just sitting and chatting amongst themselves. Horrendous customer service from this terrible place. Negative stars would be more appropriate. Staff and management were both unprofessional. There is a weird long wait in line to speak with an agent at the store while many employees are lounging around, hunched over the shelves, playing games on their phone. The agent who called me was rolling her eyes and pouting before I even sat down. She had the demeanor of a moody 8 year old, was rude and absolutely emotionally draining if you know the type.
