I appreciate that this Verizon allows a customer to go to the kiosk to pay their mobile or Fios bill.
The Sr Mgr , Kevin G, at the Grand Central location is a poor reflection on Verizon. He could not finish my transaction before the store closed so was going to call me the next morning to finish. He never called and ignored my many phone and text messages. Two days later I had to go to another Verizon location to complete the transaction but because Kevin G did not properly explain the steps he took I am still unraveling his mistakes. Dealing with Kevin G at the Grand Central location has been a waste of my time and energy!
I came with high bill they helo me and gave me a new phone and cheaper plan. These guys are very honest and truthful
We had the worst experience with a guy called “Diego” at the Verizon right next to Grand Central. He just didn’t want to work. Was trying to convince us not to open a plan because it took time to open it, he kept asking if we were sure about having an hour, that it was a long process etc. Lied to us that the department to open new family plan was closed, etc etc. Extremely rude guy which evidently did not want to be working.
