I came with high bill they helo me and gave me a new phone and cheaper plan. These guys are very honest and truthful
We had the worst experience with a guy called “Diego” at the Verizon right next to Grand Central. He just didn’t want to work. Was trying to convince us not to open a plan because it took time to open it, he kept asking if we were sure about having an hour, that it was a long process etc. Lied to us that the department to open new family plan was closed, etc etc. Extremely rude guy which evidently did not want to be working. Walked 20 minutes to come to drop off my wifi equipment and they don’t accept it here…. I called multiple times before as well and no one picked up
Shout out to Galveston (I hope I spelled your name right) super helpful in changing carriers and making the process super easy and look effortless. I am glad to be back with Verizon.
