Staff was nice and professional, however after cancelling my service and being told to come here and return my router they couldn't find my account to confirm the return.... So they just told me to go home and call again.... Then Verizon made me go to UPS 125th st (don't even get me started). So much time wasted, so glad I switched to spectrum where all of the customer service has been fantastic!
YVonne was an angel to get me back into my cellphone. TY
