I just had a couple of issues with a pick up and a trade-in and the whole experience was very frustrating. I had forgotten a document needed (that’s on me), but instead of getting support, help for a solution and some understanding, I got blank stares, cold treatment and a general “just call customer service”. Not a huge deal, but the frustration was mostly created by the bad response… unnecessary!!

This is where I got my cellphone at. And that's where I used to pay my cellphone service until I moved to Maine, but yeah, it's a great place. Everybody's very helpful. I suggest if you need a new phone, whether it be a Samsung or a won. A Google phone? Yeah, that's the place to go get it. Definitely, I paid about a $110 a month for both home internet and my cellphone. And I got the new S26, so hey, it's been, it's been, it's been really cool. Staff was nice and professional, however after cancelling my service and being told to come here and return my router they couldn't find my account to confirm the return.... So they just told me to go home and call again.... Then Verizon made me go to UPS 125th st (don't even get me started). So much time wasted, so glad I switched to spectrum where all of the customer service has been fantastic!
