My husband and I had a great experience at Verizon in Manchester on S. Willow Street. Noah V. was phenomenal. We went in with a rather complicated request. He could have sent us home with an 800 number, but he went above and beyond to help us at the store. Thank you Noah V.
Jill is exceptional and outstanding at her job. She helped my father in law with his phone-lock-out issue which was not a smooth process by any means, and was so patient and in a great mood and willing to go to any lengths to help us resolve the issue, and ultimately did with ease in the end. I am super happy with our customer care and am thankful we ended up in her hands after a crappy situation
These guys are awesome. My phone was having serious issues and I was sure it was time for a new one. The very knowledgeable young man replaced my SIM card and the phone was then working perfectly. Thank you for the great service and professionalism.
