Shortly after I met Cassandra who listened to my needs and quickly came up with a qoute. Thanks to Casandra and the store manager we now have three new phones and Verizon as a carrier at a great price. I definitely recommend this Verizon store. Great professional customer service. Got offered a $200 gift card to sign on never received it called months later they told me within one month I will get it in my email I once again never received it. I called yesterday again and sat on the phone for an hour the only solution your team could give me was $240 in credit which I was not happy with because of the fact I wanted to use the gift card in store.
