Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff, I had an offer on my account I wanted to take advantage of, but I didn't want to change my plan because off all the freebies it has included with it. I had no appointment, walked in, only had to wait a few minutes to get a sales person to help me. Walked out with new phone, only took about 20 mins total. Very happy, everything stayed the same except the new phone was on my account. Highly recommend this store if you are a Verizon customer.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Service was exceptional, especially from Tyler. Sold me just what I needed. Received a follow up phone call from him making sure I was happy with my new Galaxy 8 watch. Everyone there was just great. The manager Kyle was very welcoming. Billy also did a great job for me. If I owned my own business I would have hired them on the spot. They are located at 1409 Baltimore St.
What started off as a really bad interaction worked through and made better by the assistant manger. In the beginning I didn't think things were going to work out. But in the end left with a positive experience. Assistant manager handled the situation well and it is appreciated.
So screen replacement is a very basic concept. A part of the this business many people need. My husband picked this store because it was a corporate store. He was told that because they’re corporate store they’re unable to fix a simple screen replacement. So evidently if you want to get paid for doing nothing apply for a job at Verizon.
