I came to this Verizon store to resolve a billing issue that had been stewing for months. I arrived stressed and tired of the multiple phone calls to Verizon trying to fix it, to no avail. Cassandra Menento was patient and professional. She went to bat for me and ultimately got the credit and fixed my bill! Thank you very much Cassandra.
My husband and I went to get new phones and being well beyond retirement age, many of the things we were told (it's easy) became a big issue. We returned the next day and a wonderful young man, Jonathan Velez, took such good care of us, being very patient working through the 7 items I had on my list.
