Wanted to start a new account, but we are not the account holders currently. Told us we needed to call customer service. Spent over an hour and still didn’t get anything sorted. Did some googling and turns out you can easily do it through the app, they just weren’t informed on their own resources. Then sat in the store for 30 more minutes to be helped with an upgrade. Once they checked us in, we waited even longer for them to tell us they had no inventory. Called a different location and were helped immediately on the phone.... read more

I called Verizon in February 2025 to ask for rates on a new service. I was shopping around and called several different providers that day. The rep for Verizon asked for my address so they could give me a quote for my area. This seemed like a legit request. I made it plain that day to every provider company that I talked to that I was just shopping for prices. Two days later I received a IPhone 16 in the mail which was part of the current promotion. I just came in to get my phone fixed because I had a bad virus and the Verizon representative that helped me was amazing and I'm thankful for his help!

I received little interest from the sales person in Lexington. We traveled to Louisville and we're greeted with a much more positive experience.
