My google messages app wasn't working right and my lock screen had all kinds of ads and nonsense that I didn't want. The representative helped me get it cleaned up and worked out and even saved me some money on my bill. He was fantastic!

We would highly recommend visiting the Verizon store next to Fayette mall for your upgrade. The store representative helped us transfer what we wanted to the new phones and left off the stuff that we didn't. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understand before signing anything.
