I would not recommend going to the store in Frankfort. But this Verizon store has been a good one. They always seem to care enough to help instead of just trying to get rid of you like some other Verizon stores out there.
Had trouble with the old text message app the Verizon sales representative was able to move me to the new Google text app, now I'm able to get messages again
I really appreciate the help the people who work at the store gave me. I was having issues with my phone and they were kind enough to clean it up for me and make it good as new. They were very nice to us
This is an awesome verizon store. My wife's phone was all bugged up and filled with nonsense. The nice representative helped clean it up and made sure they wouldn't come back again in the future.
The guys and gals here at the cellular sales stores verizon in Lexington really helped us all a ton. They helped me get a great deal on a pixel phone and I even got to keep my old one.
