My phone service wasnt working but I went to the store on Nicholasville rd and the store representative helped me get service working again within a few minutes. We set service up at this store and they were great at that point as well.

hi, I was just at Verizon next to the mall and I met with the Henry. He’s a manager there. I was told to go to a different store and that I would need to make a claim on my phone. Henry sat with me working on my phone it just needed a new cover and I didn’t have to pay the $99 for a claim. Also, he helped me go over all my descriptions to make sure had the right bundles he was professional time and he’s trying to help me find more ways to save on my Bill. thank you, Henry from KIm

I worked with Stephen on getting a new phone. Then came back in for accessories. They all did a great job helping and offered to give me their number so I could call if I ever needed help in the future

Henry was knowledgeable, brilliant and really knows how to do his job. Traveling from Florida I was lost for two days and Henry reassured me and took care of all my issues. Verizon is lucky to have him as a manager.
