Bad experience. Didn’t seem interested in helping much. Switching providers due to a lack of wanting to help.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Alex who helped us yesterday. He made our phone buying experience easy and enjoyable. We were not looking forward to the process of getting a new phone set up, but Alex did such a good job.

Wanted to start a new account, but we are not the account holders currently. Told us we needed to call customer service. Spent over an hour and still didn’t get anything sorted. Did some googling and turns out you can easily do it through the app, they just weren’t informed on their own resources. Then sat in the store for 30 more minutes to be helped with an upgrade. Once they checked us in, we waited even longer for them to tell us they had no inventory. Called a different location and were helped immediately on the phone.... read more
