I wish I wasn't horrible with names, but I had a gentleman here that really helped bail me out when another Verizon location didn't want to help. Had issues with a phone I had ported over from Xfinity that wasn't able to make or recove calls and texts. He got me in touch with the right departments, and we were able to figure out it was a SIM card issue. Even though it's further from my house, I will be using this location moving forward.
