Verizon as a company sucks app doesn’t work, AI at customer service sucks and agents can not speak English. After purchasing a new iPhone, I had to go to two different stores and spend four hours getting my phone set up, because on my account it said that my order was shipped and I never received it which obviously I had it in hand. Then the iPhone would work out and about, but in my house it would drop calls. They finally fixed it.
