Typically don’t have issues at this location but today is different. We came in to discuss our plan and the lines we have. I’m an exotic pet owner and I usually take my lemur with me everywhere I go. Jasmine and Tamisha are so helpful and went above and beyond to fix the bad experience i was having.
Jeremy was super patient and helpful with my friend to get him a new phone and service back. The other staff were all nice and friendly to talk to.
Went in to make changes on my account. Was greeted by a lady. Before even looking into my account, she is telling me of all the ways she cannot help me. I have about 12 lines on my account I am completely dissatisfied with the lack of Service from this young lady
