JT was amazing from start to finish! He helped me over the phone and then continued to make everything so easy when I came into the store. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood all of my options without making me feel rushed. Melissa (I believe that was her name) also came in to help get my new phone and extra line fully set up, and she was just as helpful and kind. They both made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. Highly recommend this Verizon store!
