This is likely the best Verizon location yet. We had the great pleasure of working with Devon on the consumer side and Andrew on the Business side and let me tell you, those two are a dynamic duo. Both Andrew and Devon were very authentic, sincere, and patient. At no point were we under the impression that an attempt was being made to “swindle” or oversell us. Was just there. Wanted to upgrade my phone and get a new watch. Older man was there and a younger gentleman. Older man was a very rude person. Not working with anybody. Basically looked and sounded like he was chasing customers off with his tone and demeanor. Been to this store a few times but never treated like this. Only working with appointments he says. Not going to get am appointment with me acting like that.

The store manager is rude and disrespectful. Fortunately, Verizon's online service center was able to handle my account changes with no issue and they were very pleasant to work with. I will never use this location again.

I left this location feeling very disappointed with the service. The manager appeared unsure of what needed to be done and did not provide clear solutions or guidance to address my issue. I ended up having to do tech support on my own with thanks to Google and a friend on the phone. Communication was unclear, and he seemed stretched too thin while trying to assist multiple customers at once, which made the overall experience stressful.
