Very sad experience here. Walk in with a serious issue going on for weeks and the manager connects me with tech support on the phone and they connect me with Samsung and hang up. Samsung says to go to Google. Yet previous Verizon rep already said Verizon caused the issue. Spiderman pointing game. Store manager and representatives aren't empowered to solve problems.
Thank you Lauren she was the only verizon worker who actually sat down and helped me figure out my solution. (Trying to get a copy of my final bill even though the account was closed) She was compassionate and took initiative until the problem was resolved. Also she was resourceful in trying different methods and avenues of approach. She is a prime example if what a good worker should be. Thank you so much Lauren! 10/10
