Today I let my spouse talk me into trying verizion for phone services. We have the internet through them and that has been better but not as promised. So we thought bundling internet with phone would work. We talked the rep got things to two lines with the welcome package. John Green at this location less than helpful! Didn't even attempt to help me! Long time customer with multiple lines & home internet. Verizon lost a customer today because of a lazy employee. I was going to upgrade & add a tablet & watch next week & renew my contract!
