I’ve heard it from multiple other Verizon stores in the metro area that this specific location charges more than anybody.
So I don't know what's going on with Verizon. This is my second store trying to purchase items and got checked in. Then gentlemen that wanted to help me didn't bring the proct out then I asked for the proct because I've said I'm purchasing it so I'm guessing they thought I was gonna grab it and run out. Just a quick note to thank Sage for his friendly and professional expertise. We brought in a new phone from a friend that complicated the transfer and took more time.
