The Samsung Note 7 recall really tested this place. the waits were as much as an hour and half. Service was OK once they got to you. Was told I had to buy a new phone and they would refund the cost of the note 7 once it was received by Verizon. Obviously this was unacceptable, ask for a manager who worked diligently to get me a refund, then I could buy the replacement phone. It looks like they took my last review down so I'm back with an update. I'm already furious enough that Verizon partnered with Oracle as well as ICE and is selling them every bit of my internet search history, call and text message history as well as Geo-location and other identifying metadata. These organizations then keep that data and use it or resell that data to the highest bidders like data scalpers and advertisers. Verizon also created ghost jobs on indeed at three separate levels of their company between retail sales... read more
Tho not a Verizon customer, I accompanied two ladies to get one her first phone. Did not have to wait an hour to be helped, it was immediately. Very personal able young lady Tay helped us find the right phone.
