My neighbor ran over my phone. No access to my e mail nothing. I was trying to make a claim to get a new phone. Worst moring ever. A staff member named Danial saved the day. He was so patient and empathetic. Went way out his way and made darn sure everything was perfect. This was the best customer service I've had in over 10 years. Was thinking about going to t mobile next month. Because of Daniel's kick ass job I'm staying with Verizon. Amazing job give that man a raise

Went into the store with my mom. When we checked in, we told the guy what we were there for. He said you can do all that on the app. My mom told him that she doesn't like using the app, hense why she came into the store. Got all checked in and got the text that we could track our wait. Clicked on the link, which took us to the app, and nowhere could we find the waitlist for our visit. Today 3/2/25 took my granddaughter to get a birthday upgrade to her phone asked for simply prices, but told my plan is old and needed to upgrade .Said no no no 6 times most rude and incompetent help and inexperienced person ive ever had dealing with. will never go back to this location. Went to walmart and brought her phone. thanks verizon!!!!!
