They Have You Wait For a really Long time to not be able to help you at all.
Came here on a busy day, it was the day before 4th of July. Had a fairly complicated phone and watch issue and Jill and Alexa were fantastic. Helped us with everything and we're very patient while dealing with something rather complicated.
The staff seemed annoyed to be helping me after this was my 3rd store I was sent to in a week. basically just got up and left when they felt they were done. No thank you, no sorry for giving you the run around. The rep even said they were not busy, but I could not have felt more like an inconvenience. Very discouraging, that customer service is no longer a thing for Verizon and that I get pushed to 3 different stores and I am the inconvenience.

WARNING. Do not get involved with Verizon's prepaid service. If you change carriers, Verizon will keep any money left on the account and will not refund it. I am very curious how much money Verizon steals monthly from people that change carriers. How their theft works is, say you pre pay $120 on your pay in advance account and your monthly bill is $60. You change carriers and there is $60 still pre-paid on your account. They do not refund the $60 back to the original payment method; they keep it. Verizon acts so unaware this... read more
