Worst possible experience. Even worse customer service. this store manager is the reason why, I will be leaving Verizon. After being a customer for 10 plus years. I went to the store to purchase two new phones for my boys, when we walked in it was about 30 minutes till close. someone did approach me and asked me if I needed help, me and my son were looking at phones and we said "we're just checking out some phones right now we will let you know when we need help". Went into the store for help with my phone plan. I was treated like an idiot from the manager John. After I sat in there for an hour and a half explaining to them what the problem was and sitting on the phone with customer service, the manager asked me "what do you even want?" Like I was some burden on them. It's your job to help customers, not make them feel stupid in the process or not even go the extra mile to help a 10 year long customer. I went to the Verizon in Denver and was treated so rudely. I had to drive 20 mi to the Lakewood store to go back to where I know people are super nice and don't say rude things to me. I worked with Tom who was absolutely delightful to work with a very charming Tech who really knows his stuff. I'm not going to any other store and I will drive 20 miles to go to this Lakewood store. Take my word for it!
I would like to thank the store manager for his amazing service today and the past few weeks ! He helped me resolve an issue I had for over a month due to a system error during an upgrade on one of my lines. Outstanding experience at Verizon because he made sure I left with a solution and saved me money I did not need to spend. Very much appreciated!
Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Attitudes. Won't help at all. You break up with a person that has the account. I want my own account with my current devices I'm paying for. With my phone number I've had for 30 years. We can't do that. Why? The devices remain on the old account. You need a new account and new devices, new phone number. Why? Next in line please So if I get a new number the other person is stuck paying for the devices? Have a nice day.
