Salesperson was very rude and talked to me like i didnt have any sense, i just walked out, and went to another store. I get people have bad days, we all have had bad days but to treat someone like that is just bad customer service as i will never go back to this store.
BEWARE!!! Sales people at this store will lie in order to get you’re business. My bills averaging over $200 dollars each month, up by 100+% quoted numbers. I reported this location to Verizon and they are conducting an investigation. I’ve spent countless hours each month trying to keep my payment at the agreed amount at signing.
After a disappointing experience at a different Verizon store, Tay came in and saved the day. She explained everything in detail and let me make an informed decision on my upgrade without trying to pressure me. She was great and I’ll only go to this location going forward.
Amazing help and support from Dannie. He helped my mom backup, transfer, and set up a new iPhone and iPad. We were so impressed we came back so he could help my wife do the same thing. Thank you!
