They work off commission and sell open packages. Very unprofessional.
They sold me an open box and said it was because they had to show it to different customer previously. They argued with me when I stated that I didn't want to accept a "new product" in an open box. Very unprofessional location.

Verizon is trash! Sold me an OBSOLETE phone 2 months ago... told me I had unlimited FREE screen replacements... yesterday I'm told that the Insurance I've been paying for will not cover my phone because Its OBSOLETE.... SO DAMN MAD... VERIZON YOU SUCK! AS A CUSTOMER OF OVER 20 YEARS I WILL BE SWITCHING OVER TO A NEW COMPANY!
