We have had GREAT experiences and service here!!! Shout out to Carissa and Todd for helping us get all the new phones activated, numbers changed, and everything handled! Calling to 1-800 number for Verizon is so frustrating going through the prompts just to get a call center employee who is difficult to understand. This local store makes it so much less frustrating!!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
We’ve been going to this store for a while now! No complaints at all! The staff are very friendly and personable. The lady that helped me switch over my phone was super nice and we got along very well! She answered all my questions and helped me along the process of switching over my information!
They work off commission and sell open packages. Very unprofessional.
