I understand there will be a wait. Especially if no appointment is made, but this is ridiculous. There were only two employees (even though there was one in the back, that never came out once they walked past me)! I had a very quick need but also knew I needed to wait my turn. After being in the store for almost an hour, a new customer came in and they managed to help him in front of others myself included. I had a broken phone and had insurance. They told me I had to go online and make a claim. I told them is there any way I can call, they said no. The employee here didn’t want to be bothered they were watching football on tv and didn’t want to help! He said only way is purchase a phone, I ended up getting it because I had no way to access the internet to make a claim. They couldn’t even call for me or allow me to use their internet!
