I did a phone trade-in and was told by the employee, I would get the promotional credit for my old phone but since it was broken, I did not have to return it. This information was wrong and after several calls with Verizon, I am paying for the new phone. I recommend if you go to this store get everything documented in writing.
I get 4 bars out in the boonies where as with T Mobile only 1 bar.
I miss the experience of having the tech crew on the premises and the extended hour they had before covid 19
