Picked up a phone. Then verizon corporate disabled the phone as they couldn't verify my identity. (Yes even tho they ran my creidt and have my ID and picture i had to upload and picked up the device in store) They told me to return the phone. So i did then they tacked on a $50 restocking fee for following their instructions Already have bbb and fcc complaint submitted They seemed polite in store and it looked clean. Been sitting here for an hour. Still haven't been seen. This location needs more employees.
Everybody at this store was really pleasant to work with. I appreciate the service in getting a new phone.
Came in because my Jlab earbuds weren't charging, not even the case itself charged. I only had them 24 hours, but I was taken care of immediately after speaking to a sales rep. Amazing feeling when the new set started working 💪
