Excellent customer service from the young man I spoke with. My goal was to change from Spectrum to Verizon. I received the modem shaped like a brick and was told I would get my landline transferred when I received the box in the mail. I have had issues with the internet (low signal) and the phone goes straight to voicemail? Have tried for days to get a human being in technical support, but losing battle. Verizon used to be a really good company to do business with.Buy because they overtexded theirs3lf into debt.They now overcharged the customers for service.This used to be a great xompany.Now I would not recommend them to anyone else.Do better Verizon.
