The only saving grace was the friendly gentleman who greeted you as you entered. Went in to pick up a phone that was purchased in Indiana. Then they tell me they have no such order. I figure out that the Kissimmee store had canceled the order due to suspected fraud due to purchasing in a different state... Verizon used to be a really good company to do business with.Buy because they overextended theirself into debt.They now overcharge the customers for service.This used to be a great company.Now I would not recommend them to anyone else.Do better Verizon.
