I agree with everyone's bad reviews on this store. Horrible customer service no professional staff. I walked in to get help with my new watch however at the end I was put to call the customer service to do it myself. I told Edwin I'm sure I needed a replacement for my watch he insisted that was not the problem. I had to come back to after I spoke with the customer service line to let him know I needed a replacement. He told me he was on break and that someone else could help me. Switching from AT&T to Verizon has been one of the worst decisions I have made as a wireless customer. I had been with AT&T for about three years, paying a lower and predictable monthly bill. I switched because this store offered me a Verizon Business account with a lower monthly price, device promotions, trade-ins, and supposedly specialized Business support.
