I had a great experience with Earl yesterday! I had smashed my Pixel 9 just a day prior to visiting this store and from start to finish I had a great experience. Earl got me the help I needed, found and made as many deals for me as he could, and went above and beyond to ensure I got my Pixel 9 Pro deal. John and James are insanely great. They were fun to talk to and helped me fix the never ending problem that xfinity served me on a platter. Bless yall, give these men a raise . They put work in and excellent customer service . Yall need them at this store .
Outstanding Service from Earl Chaney! I can't say enough great things about Earl Chaney at Verizon! He went above and beyond to help our entire family switch from T-Mobile to Verizon, making the process seamless and stress-free. Not only did he stay two hours after the store closed to ensure everything was set up perfectly, but he also took the time to answer all our questions with patience and expertise.
