I’ve had an ongoing account issue for 6 months. Though it’s not this store’s fault I have worked with about 20 Verizon employees virtually and in corporate stores, out of all of them, James the assistant manager here was by far the most helpful genuine and knowledgable. Though my issue isn’t fixed yet, I’m confident he will take care of me. Outstanding floor leadership and customer service skills.
Earl has been fantastic throughout my switch to Verizon from another carrier. I've stopped in several times with questions and he's been able to help me every time. He's personable, pleasant and a delight to work with. Give that man a raise! Thanks Earl :)
