They will sell you things that you never asked for, and when you go return the items (that got sent to your house that you never asked for) they will try to sell you more things YOU DO NOT NEED to waste your time. I do not recommend the store and the person who sold me items to “save me money” was the manager. I do not recommend this location I am switching from Verizon to another carrier because of them.
Jonathan Grimes was amazing. He was so helpful and so patient. By the time I left there I felt like I needed to hug him like a friend! My husband and I had a great experience all around at the Verizon store on Big Island because Jonathan made it great. He even knew me enough by the time it got to the part of picking out my phone, which colors I was going to like and everything. Just an all-around good dude .So if you go to that store and you get Jonathan... You're in good hands!
I had an excellent experience at the Verizon store, and I can confidently say they deserve a full 5-star rating. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly associate who made me feel welcome right away. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Lemeek & Laura along with James & Earl are the best employees at this location. They are always a pleasure to work with. The rest of the staff not so much. The Store Manager Norma and the other Assistant Manager energy definitely gave off they were tired of seeing me in the store.
