Malik with the Verizon store on the Service road in Killeen, (near the mall), was amazing. He answered all our questions and offered different option to help meet our needs. Excellent customer service. He made us feel that he sincerely had our best interest in mind.

Ridiculous. I come in to discuss with the reps my phone is having services issues. I cannot receive nor call others. On a daily basis this has been occurring on and off and I come in to the one rep saying it's my issue? I'm sorry but it's 100% a Verizon issue I pay for my services my phone had the smallest damage that occurred 2 years ago? Yet my phone started to drop calls almost everyday about a month and a half two months ago? Absolutely unprofessional.
