Verizon cut my services off while I was in the hospital emergency room. I am so disappointed ☹️ ☹️ ☹️ because I received a correspondence about my bill a week ago and immediately contacted an agent and the representative stated a bill had not been generated yet because of my recent signing up. Malik, the Sales Associate, was a very lazy, unhelpful, dismissive Associate for me. Instead of using his business cell phone to call Customer Service, as is protocol, to help assist with my issue…he used my own personal cell phone to call. YES! He took MY phone to dial Customer Service. I had an update on my phone and I was having issues using Google and it was messing up sooooo much..I went to a store that the service person didn't really wanted to help so I drove to this store and Mrs Fabby handled the issue in about 2 min she was amazing and courteous thank you for being awesome...
I’ve had a HORRIBLE experience with this store from the first time I entered the store until today, having to file a theft report. Rodney Parker told me that he could turn in iPad for me as a courtesy. This would save me the time of getting labels and having to ship it myself. I was very appreciative only to receive a 1200 bill a month later. This is when I discovered that the iPad was never turned in! Now, Im told that Rodney has no recollection of me giving him the iPad.
