The horror would be Verizon Corporate customer service, to include: Verizon Customer Care Team. Verizon Financial Team. Verizon Resolution Team. December 12, 2024 Verizon Corporate took $700.+ from my acct without consent... 4 months of fake promises of my monies being returned... let's see if the actual manager will get me what's owed by April 5, 2025.
Mr. Rodney is very professional and expert subject matter, answer all your questions and concerns, he aims for total customer satisfaction. My overall satisfaction with this store is great, this the second time In this store taking care of my phone needs here, the entire staff is attentive to your needs from the time you enters the doors. This is just my experience and I wanted to share it, two many times, we comment about the negative, so I want to make a difference, thanks.
