MALIK WAS GREAT!!! Please, if you go to Verizon next to FedEx by Texas Highway Express ASK FOR HIM. He was patient, provided exceptional service. He completed everything in a timely manner and was knowledgeable of everything from bill, products, and services.
This Verizon store is very unprofessional and the employee named kylie should be fired and corporate should reevaluate their decision of hiring her. This employee used profanity language and spoke of her felon boyfriend using marijuana while costumers were in the store. This encounter was extremely off putting and unprofessional.
