Lines too busy, not enough staff!
Lady did literally nothing at all. She was also just rude. I work customer service, I know how dreadful it can be, but good lord, at least try. At least we got some useful help afterwards, but not from this bum store.
Cancelled my order with no reason given - no notice given and then VZW tells me they will refund in 5-7 days- really?
