If you want to be ignored go to this store. Sign in and they will get to you when they feel like it. I needed in person assistance and they stood at the front socializing. Hopefully there's another Verizon store nearby that offers actual customer service. Been a customer for many years and this may be the time to move on.

My boyfriend decided to merge over from T-mobile and Verizon and be on a plan with me. This has been the longest most ridiculous process I’ve ever been through. When he switched over, there was a promotion to pay off his new phone to get a free upgraded iPhone 16. The employee originally made it seem like they would handle paying off the original phone.
