Wonderful service, I could not for the life of me figure out how to register my phone, then these two guys, Byrd and Ferg, helped me out in under an hour.
Customer service at this location is absolutely non existent. Plus they keep an extremely low stock of available phone options.
The manager is pretentious as can be. He was rude to me, a customer and saw him be nasty to his own rep, and even some Samsung employees in store. Had a billing issue after the sale of a phone and he was less than helpful. You can tell who the manager is, he is the cocky one that walks around with his chest out. This isn't your failed sports career, you are here to service customers.
