I came into the store today because my bill was too high. Julian greeted me at the door and he went through my account with me. He explained everything that I was paying for and we set up an autopay discount so now I am saving $30 a month. We are coming in tomorrow to get a new line since we ran out of time today.
Had a great experience with Julian today. He helped me log into the my Verizon app and he helped my change my phone number since I had problems with my previous phone number. He also helped me with saving money by giving me the Netflix and hbo max perk. Overall great customer service.
I have kidney failure. Dr's told me to drink as much water as I could. I had to use the bathroom bad asked and explained salesman said NO!! Bathroom not for public . This was at VERIZION STORE ATLANTIC BLVD. JAX., FL HOW RUDE
I came into the store to upgrade my phone and Julian helped me out today. He explained the benefits of the Plus plan compared to the welcome plan I had. Now I am getting a great promotion on the iPhone 17. He explained everything very well. And he also transferred all my information.
Visited the store today and was helped by Julian, very professional and helpful with everything I needed. Get my issues fixed quickly and showed me some upgrade options. Very satisfied
