Julian helped me out at this store when I was having issues with my bill. When I bought my phone at Walmart the lady told me she set up the auto pay but she did not. Julian helped me log into my account and did the auto pay for me. He also showed me how to delete apps on my phone. This store was awesome

I came into the store because my phone was messing up again. I was getting so much spam calls towards my phone for some reason. Julian was the person that looked at my phone and turned on a call filter to filter out these annoying phone calls. I am so glad he got rid of these calls because it was annoying me so much. This place is amazing

My bill was kinda messed up and Julian helped me figure it out. He saw that I did not have the military discount, the autopay discount and the discount from switching to tmobile. He saw that my Gmail storage was about to be full so he told me I had a promotion to get 6 free months of extra storage so now I do not have storage issues.

I wanted to change my phone because I did not like the iPhone air. I tried changing it into a fold but the verizon app and website was not letting me do it. I came into the store and Julian was able to transfer my number from my iPhone air into my Samsung fold. He was great and he made the process really easy and smooth.
