Showed up at 5:15 on a Monday to get questions answered about my new phone. Doors were locked and employees looked at me and thats it. Hours say open till 7. Who knows!?
Carlos was just outstanding. I don’t usually post reviews or feedback in the public domain. But Carlos went above and beyond as he helped me to get a trade in rebate when it was erroneously cancelled. I had to leave the store due to personal commitments. He stayed attentive to my case and informed me of the progress and the final outcome a week after my visit. Thank you and a big shoutout to Carlos for his outstanding customer service.
