JT and Michael are the reason I am staying with Verizon after having the worst experience with Verizon that came after I purchased the new iPhone 17. Who would’ve thought I would’ve experienced as much difficulty as I did to activate a new phone. I spent over 4 hours on the phone with customer service trying to activate my phone and they were highly frustrating to work with. I have bee a business customer for well over 10 years and I am now switching to AT&T I am done with Verizon and this location is horrible. If you have Verizon DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE - HORRIBLE SERVICE!! - Thid is the worst store I have ever delt with.

Carlos R & Ray R showed extraordinary team work, very rare to see now in days and receive in superior customer service. Upgraded my plan and needed more WiFi connection options as Home WiFi not available in my location. Both of these gentlemen worked as a united team to come up with a solution. Zero star. No respect for customers. This place used to be the best store in verizon now it is the worst one. They talk down to the people . They respond with rudeness and their Business Manager a woman makes u feel like she owns the place and you are not welcome. U just lost me for at and t. Verizon sucks in this store.
