went to this store for help with my phone...two employees busy with customers waited for an hour without even a hello be right with you. Great customer service! I use to avoid Verizon stores. Been with Verizon over 25 years. Did all my purchasing online because I use to get better customer service. My daughter went to the Durban for help with her phone earlier this year. She told me how helpful and nice they were to her. A few months ago I went there to get some help and questions asked.
