Don’t really leave a lot of reviews but I’ve tried to go to this store three times in the last month to ask a simple question about my plan and upgrading my phon. Each time (separate times of day), I wait around for 30-45 minutes, nobody acknowledges me. I have a toddler man I can’t sit around waiting for someone to decide to acknowledge me.
Verizon’s network is excellent, but dealing with their store is another story. The wait times are long, and the process for handling simple tasks like upgrading your phone or fixing billing issues feels unnecessarily complicated. The employees try to help, but it feels like they’re bound by too many protocols. It’s frustrating when you just want something done quickly. The service is solid, but they need to streamline their in-store experience.
Talk to the store manager, whose first initial is J, about a problem I have with my two Verizon lines. To make a long story short, this store is excellent at selling you or upgrading your phone, but they’re terrible when it comes to providing customer service when you have a problem. This store can’t even honor a promise or promotion they make to you . Consumers be aware of this location,
