I went to the store to tried to get help to backup some data. The guy Christopher helped me and asked for my cell number and my license, then I didn't understand why he took a picture on both sides of my license. Then he told me that he couldn't spend time with that app, so he didn't help me with my issues. The staff at this Verizon store were very friendly, polite, and greeted me right away. They were eager to help, which I truly appreciated—and that’s where the positives end. I came in to upgrade my phone and walked out with no new phone, no old phone, and nearly two hours of wasted time. The employee mistakenly set the upgrade to be shipped to my home rather than allowing me to pick it up in-store. Now I have to wait up to 7 calendar days for the phone to arrive. I've been waiting over an hour, I've been next in line since I arrived, someone came in after me and they attended them. Very slow workers, Dont come to this store, REALLY BAD SERVICE
Went in yesterday to get both my parents new iPhones. The person that helped us, Julian, was extremely helpful and fast with the process. He went above and beyond with my parents and make sure that we had the best deals possible. He was able to answer our questions as we were going through the update process. He even gave me tips on how to activate the phone once we got home. Really happy with Julian's service with us yesterday!! We were in and out of the store in 35 minutes or so.
