Avoid this store. I’ve visited twice within a 30-day period, and both experiences were disappointing. First visit: I went in for assistance with a corporate line because my phone wasn’t getting any signal. I presented my employee badge, driver’s license, iPhone PIN, and Apple ID credentials. Do not go to this store. We are Verizon customers over 12 years. I have always found Verizon corporate stores to be "on point" with knowledge of plans. My daughter and I visited this store this week to upgrade from an iPhone 11. The sales guy did not know all the available options. I questioned him about losing our Travel Pass days (15). I had to ask 4 times. A customer waiting laughed at the employee's inability to comprehend my question and his lack of knowledge of the Travel Passes.
