Diego is great at his job, super knowledgeable, very patience with us, you can tell he genuinely loves his job. I am glad Verizon has him.

Going straight in…..The people were very very standoffish and secretive. Every time I would ask the rep a question she would go into the corner with her coworker and come back with some bs info. That happened often. My wife and I were there as customers trying to buy out of our contract. Of course they did NOT want us to do that so I’m sure that’s why they gave us the run around. It was so bad that we left the store and switched services immediately. If Verizon is your thing stay away from this store. They’re very deceptive.
