Service was good. The young lady was very polite and patient. Yet buying a replacement phone is like buying a car. Takes a long time!

They are unable to help with anything. Will never be dealing with Verizon again. All I had with them is internet. It shouldn’t be a hassle with setting up an account. When I came into the store. The person I said “it’s tricky because I don’t have the entire package deal. Redirecting me to call a number with still not being able to help. It shouldn’t be a hassle with paying a bill. I was a few weeks in with Verizon and this was a poor experience.
