I came in over the holiday weekend looking to upgrade my phone. Jaqueline was the team member who helped me. I have spent so much time in Verizon stores previously and Jaqueline was by far the best team member I have ever encountered. She explained everything clearly and got me exactly what I wanted. She was truly great and made my experience easy and seamless. She truly exemplifies great customer service.

I called at 5:30pm Friday 11/28 and asked if they have the iphone 17pro in silver. The lady was very rude and said, “You’ll have to schedule an appointment. I can’t discuss inventory over the phone with you right, we have a house full of people”. I understand that the store may be busy, but people shills be requested to drive all over the city and wait for an hour at multiple series just to know if they have the phone or not.
