Yolanda. That's who you want. It's Verizon, so yeah, its gonna be frustrating but Yolanda is the GOAT! She spent a full hour helping me and was kind and compassionate the entire time. I had some old messages from a parent who passed away and she worked so hard to make sure I was able to preserve the texts. She went above and beyond for us. Thank you Yolanda!
Google says they open at 10am (except for Sundays). This pic is from 10:15am on a Saturday (June 21). The QR code on the door that claims to have their store hours sends you to a broken website. I’m not sure if google has incorrect hours. It’s really frustrating to have your time wasted when you show up and they’re not open. They get 2 stars because the staff was nice. I’m happy that I’ll be switching from Verizon and won’t have to deal with this company anymore.
Verizon customer service turned my problem with receiving incoming calls into no more eSIM on phone. Store upsold me an iPhone to solve the problem, which, upon completion of setup, was unable to open apps or send or receive calls. Saga continues now at Apple store. Verizon reps are on commission to upsell you. Solving your problem is of secondary concern. Given this conflict of interest and prioritization of interest, they will err on the side of upselling you while kicking the can on solving your problems.
Came in on April 10th for a $60/mo Home Internet, and was told my first month of service would be free. Today is June 14th, and I’ve paid $300+, as the person that started my service did not apply my free month credit, started my service a month before I even joined verizon, and bc I stupidly set up auto-pay without realizing how much Verizon was overcharging me.
