"Looked at my itemized bill and discovered they’ve been charging $17/month for device protection and a premium cloud storage package I explicitly declined at the store. When I called to demand a refund for the past 9 months, they told me company policy only allows credits for the last 60 days. So they can slip illegal, unrequested charges onto your monthly statement, and when you finally catch them, they get to pocket the difference? I came in today to swap out my phone. I worked with Daniel and Anthony. They are both professional, polite, and pleasant. They took care of me, and I had an exceptional customer service experience. As an added bonus, they got me in and out. I definitely would recommend this store. Ask for Daniel or Anthony
