I had a terrible experience at this store. I stood there for over two hours and no one helped me. I approached an employee who seemed to be the manager, and when I asked him for help, he asked me what my problem was. When I explained, he got furious, gave me a useless explanation, and aggressively threw his phone on the floor. He said they couldn't help me and that I should call customer service. I didn't understand anything. My God! Use the online service because, honestly, in this store they treat you like it's the 1800s.

I've always wondered why Verizon stores were always full. It turns out it's because they are very slow. Waited 30 minutes to hand someone a phone for trade-in.

We bought a family package with 3 routes. After repeatedly confirming the final price, we were told at the last minute that we would need to pay an extra $4 per month. A lady served us, and we really disliked this sales method.

Excelente atención y servicio del joven David que habla español, si necesitan comprar algo en la tienda el puede ayudarlos, se van a sentir muy bien atendidos y en su idioma.

Manager Mike was really helpful. He even helped reach out to the customer support on my behalf and clearly explained the situation to them. He provided every possible assistance he could.
