I cancelled my Verizon mobile service after 11 years. A month after I paid my final bill, I saw a VRZ charge for $150 charges. They blocked access to the online portal and told me the only way to see what the bill was for was to get a copy from their " corporate store". So I went to this store and they told me they could not access my account and the only way to see the bill was to request one via snail mail. The worst customer service ever specially Ashley she refused to help and she will lie in front of you and she refused even to introduce me to the store manager, claiming she is the only store manager here …
Verizon seems to play with customers since you got the product online and not at store we can't do anything and online support says go to store! Never get Verizon again. Go to any other carrier. Also Ashley Kerl here is not at all helpful! Seems like they don't know forst thing about customer!
