I returned a watch and phone and they told me they would remove both devices off my account I just got my bill and found out they did not remove the device at all. The guy who helped me lied and now I have to call corporate. Worst store experience.

Diego was able to help me with everything that was going with my service. I’ve been a member for as long as I can remember and I’ve never meet someone as Inform and as intelligent with the process. At my age I need as much support and help as I can get. Wish the best for this young man and will always go to him for help. Please never give up on help other. Diego gave me beyond above service. Insane employee that was calm and collective. Was able to answer all my questions and then able to answer questions that I would have had further the process. Walked me through all my processes and what processes to come. Definitely a really good hire. First Verizon tech that I ever had that actually felt like they were helping me and not trying to upsell me. Thank you Diego, I will always come to you for help. Never stop being helpful. The world needs more people like you.
