I purchased two new phones and upon activation, the phone representative turned off my business line. I have been a Verizon customer with an active account for 20 years. Even while on deployment, I continued to pay my bill even though my phone was sitting in a drawer stateside. The rep who turned my phone off, then hung up on my wife after she was upset with the result of his actions.
