The worst. I got a phone service and had to buy a phone.I was quoted a price and it cost more than that. Lies from the first words out of their mouth. I went in to return the phone and was told it would be a half an hour. They are not honest people. Now I was told I had to deal with the person I set up my phone with. I left the phone and walked out. BEST OF ALL THEY MAILED IT BACK TO ME......I BETTER NOT BE BILLED I AM 72 YEARS OLD WENT WITH BOOST MOBIL.....$15.00 a month use my phone

I recently visited this store to get help with getting a new physical SIM card and transferring data from my Moto G Stylus 5G (2022) that I purchased from Verizon two years ago to my new Stylus 5G (2024). The service is fine until you have an issue. If you have an issue don't expect to be able to talk to anyone so you can get help with whatever the problem is. The service on my phone just shut off one day even though the bill was paid up to date and after a week still had no service. I canceled over this and the lady said it would be $108 because I wasn't late and I had already paid for the month and that would have been the next months payment. They charge me $262.93 which is more than double what they said when I canceled. ... read more
