This place is pathetic. I was told 3 weeks ago that I had to do a trade in. I get there and they don't have a clue what I'm talking about. (8/15/25). The guy was so rude. He wouldn't even let us sit at a table to discuss my issue. Short guy with black hair with glasses.I believe his name was Randy. This is the reason why people are leaving Verizon.
Randy was awesome he made it soo easy for me he got everything transfered over for me and made it soo smooth if anyone wants to come ask for randy an tell him your my friend he will treat you lome family love this store an great store manager named Saul Thanks again randy !!!!
