Randy helped us set-up our new service with Verizon phone.. Randy’s service was professional and extremely helpful. Randy also saved us money on our billing. We are very happy to now be with Verizon. Randy is a valued employee for Verizon.
The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.

Can’t get insurance on my device unless it is during open enrollment? Please update your insurance policy, that is a very outdated way of service. It’s not helpful whatsoever, the year is not 2010. Time to update your policies to be current. If your prices are up to date with current inflation your insurance options should also be current with 2026.
