OMG! This guy Edwin Calderon is AWESOME!! He knows ASL, helped my gf and I (we are deaf) with our issues on the account. We been frustrated trying to communicate with the other workers for years n years. Edwin resolved our account. So blessed n grateful for this! Verizon , he deserves recognition n a promotion! They keep using my old address and old phone number even tho I’ve updated it multiple times. They say only a business rep can do it and there are none available in the store. They also don’t have the phone I have an available upgrade to and it won’t be here for 3 weeks.
