Literally go to any other Verizon but this one customer service here has been awful each time I've come in. In fact, I've left twice without being successful in anything I came in to do...
Jordan is very rude. Acts like it’s an inconvenience to help the customer.
Not good..
After I told them no to all the upsells he pretended like he couldn’t sell me a phone anymore..the system wouldn’t let him. I guess he was just ready to go bc he kept telling me they’re getting ready to close lol..
Did not solve problem when I got home, called tech they fixed the phone. Waisted time
