Ive had my phone for about 4 months. I added the protection plan and my phone freezes up to where I have to keep restarting it, Also its running hot and customer service said I have to pay $600 for a faulty phone and won't upgrade it till its paid. That was Verizons mess up not mine. So I will be taking my business account elsewhere. I have a total of 8 phones on my account but will be going with a more reliable company. So before you decide to go with Verizon, really think about what you're doing. Thank you!!!!
Worker refused to help me. Interrupted me while I was explaining the directions I received in the email and said “if you want to do things the right way”. He then advised me to call 611 which directed me right back to the store. Second employee had zero issues, scanned the device, and processed the return within seconds. Manager nor original associate offered any kind of apology.
