Thank you to Zy and David (manager) for finding a solution to an unresolved issue with an online order placed on 7/2/25. My old phone suffered damage and was unusable. I ordered a 16 Pro Max online, paid in full, and selected in store pickup. As of 7/16, I still had no phone, no fault of this Verizon location. Switched over from T-mobile. Regretting it already. A $750 credit as a gift card was promised to pay off some of the bill at T Mobile, turned out to be an account credited because the sales rep at the store made a mistake. Went back to the store to ask what was going out and after a month it’s still pending to be approved. Home internet was offered during our visit and the rep said that it was going to be an easy set up. I normally have good experiences with Verizon customer service, but I had trouble getting my issue recognized here. I took my S23 Ultra in to get looked at because it oddly reported there might be moisture in the charging port. I hadn't gotten it wet, and it was otherwise perfectly functional - I use a wireless charger. The customer service rep refused to help me take a look the port, or possibly the software causing the issue, because she stated it was an "insurance issue" if the phone was water damaged. My wife traded in a phone in February for a one thousand dollar credit. Still getting billed full price for the phone she purchased after countless hours talking to several employees both in house and on the phone. All this with a receipt showing the trade in was received in store. Their own system shows the trade in was received but yet all we hear is, next billing cycle.
