I don't have very high expectations for customer service and I try to be as understanding as possible but this was genuinely the worst customer service experience I've ever recieved. I've been with Verizon 10+ years and simply wanted to upgrade my phone and add another line and was instantly met with hostility from the worker. Definitely make an appt if you need tech support, otherwise; you will have to step aside and wait every time a customer walks in the door. There were plenty of employees so not due to being understaffed. This happened two visits in a row. I will not be returning.

Worst customer experience of my life. Avoid this location, especially the representative named Kevin. We have been trying to transfer two phone lines to another account for over a month. After visiting multiple Verizon stores and calling customer support with zero results, we were finally told that ONLY a Corporate Store could resolve this.
