Brendam and Sam helped me. They were both knowledgeable and patient (and also had a sense of humor) as it took time to exchange an iPhones and update the iPad.
We walked in today to upgrade two phones and were told there would be about a 1.5-hour wait. We were fine with waiting as long as they had the phones we wanted, so we specifically asked whether they had the iPhone 17 Pro in silver and were told yes. After waiting 2.5 hours, we were finally told they did not have the phones. We were then told that the employee who originally confirmed they were in stock apparently didn’t know the difference between the iPhone 17 and iPhone 18. Ashton was amazing. He went above and beyond for me and friends family. I first met him he suggested I waited for my new phone until the IPhone 18 instead of the 17. Which was an amazing idea. He saved me money and he excellent customer service. I definitely recommend him to anyone.
Our family came in and changed services from T-Mobile to Verizon. We were given an excellent service from Spencer who helped us pick our four free iphones. We then came in a few weeks later to get our four free iwatches from Kevin. Both interactions were fun. We felt very much respected and had a great time. I would highly recommend both of these people as doing excellent work and having communication and people skills for Verizon. If only all transactions in life were this much fun!!!
