When I first went in I asked then employee if I would be able to get an upgrade or if I needed anything else to get one. He said it would be fine and told me to wait in the store for 15, 30 minutes and told my I was in the phone queue. Another employee told me it would be more like an hour and told me to come back and they would text me when it was ready. I got the initial text telling me I had two people ahead of me. Verizon Clackamas deserves ZERO STARS! ***TERRIBLE - DON'T GO HERE!!!!*** WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION: Verizon 8612 SE Sunnyside Rd in Clackamas, Oregon They only care about making money off you in the initial sale, and then ignore you when you need help. They mailed my phone and watch, but I was never able to activate it and port my number over. Verizon are useless, incompetent crooks! Me and my wife dealt with not being able to call each other for a couple years, because we we told our home network was degradating. After a multiple complaints, an extremely useless manager had a home network extender sent to us, but refused to do any further contact after it was sent. After all of this, and even multiple times of partial or full on network failure, they refused to give any kind of reimbursement.
