I came into this Verizon store to add a new line. I got right in and sat down with Nick. He and the team did a fantastic job helping me. Nick went above and beyond so that I could get the best deal possible! I will forever come back to this store! Thank you, Nick and team!

The worst customer service ever!!!! Will not be back ever. Not the best store at all. I found out franchise stores don’t care much about customer service.

Getting our phones? Great. Good price, took some time, but fine. We were told to come back to drop off our old phones. Holy heck, so rude for something so simple. Checked in, then an employee double checked that all 6 people standing there were checked in. I told her it was to return a phine and she said she would be with me. Then two other people came in and she checked them in .. then helped them right then. Two of us were looking at her it total disbelief. Finally another associate came over... and he told her to help us.... read more

Horrible customer service. I’m so disappointed with the service today, completely wasted my afternoon and left with tears in my eyes from the lack of communication, help and only wanted to push me to upgrade.
