Just sells no service
I have also had a bad experience with this company. I currently have a complaint processing with the bbb. After my last review on Yelp an Ai answered my complaint and it said my complaint would be escalated to further rectify my problem. It was signed Business mgr, ha ha it's Ai so I don't really expect a solution it's just to make everyone feel better. Extremely helpful staff.
Verizon sucks in general. The service is horrible beyond words. You get billed more than what you are told in the store. I had to switch over to T-Mobile but while I was at the T-mobile store making the switch a collection agency was calling me. No joke. I literally had switched over within 30mins I got the call that the account was sold already to a collection agency. What a joke. Verizon must be hurting but of course. The service sucks. Make sure to not make the same mistake as I did. Stay with T-Mobile.
I walked in and checked in. A gentleman walked in about 3 ‘minutes after I did. The lady at the door of the store was busy checking in a gentleman that had walked in before me. She noticed I had walked in and she said absolutely nothing as she walked the customer to one of the tables inside. A male agent approached the front and promptly asked who had walked in first, i raised my hand and he then asked if I had checked in at the kiosk, I responded that I did.
