Shady business practices. I went in to upgrade my current iPhone to the new 17. This process started with a normal sales rep. 5 minutes into the process a manager came and grabbed him and told me they were going to go to the. back to better look at my account. When they came back out the lady manager took over the process and tried every avenue to get me to add a line. Poor customer service by female manager. Save yourself and Drive down the road to a different location.
Stay away from the business account manager Kesha. She was nice before i added the line and referred additional business accounts. Afterwards absolutely unprofessional. My billing is all messed up and it’s a constant issue with my account now!!!
Very bad customer service,,no help at all Not friendly, I asked for help he refused Then he locked the doors when I just got out the store to hear the other company call
