Stephanie and Abdul were phenomenal! We went in for a service issue/technical problem on our business account and they were so helpful. Stephanie and Abdul went above and beyond to make sure our problem was fixed and our needs were met. We were having trouble with the self-service options online and over the phone as they are unfortunately closed on Sundays. We came in and were traveling from out of town and had to Uber here and so glad we went the distance. They really turned our frown upside down! Highly recommend this loc... read more

I would like to give a big thank you to this store for Verizon representative Eric for assisting me greatly when my phone was stolen at the State Fair of Texas . Eric used his tech savy skills to go above and beyond with restoring my data to my replacement device. He made sure I left the store equipped with protecting my phone and advising me how to operate my phone for backing up data. He was patient and understanding. I went in to upgrade my current iPhone to the new iPhone 17. The process started normally with a sales rep, but about five minutes in, a manager pulled him aside and said they needed to go to the back to “better look at my account.” When they came back, a female manager took over the process and immediately started pushing me to add a new line. She offered to waive the $40 upgrade fee if I added a line and claimed it would save me money because “the bill goes down as you add lines.” I’ve had a phone bill for over 20 years, s... read more
