This location truly exceeds in customer service when compared to other Verizon stores in our area. Antoine, the store manager, kindly and patiently helped me with a billing and line issue that occurred while upgrading one of our phones. He was knowledgeable, professional, and an all around friendly guy. I’ll always go to this location moving forward.
I always go to the La Crescenta location and they’ve always been very attentive and knowledgeable. I just recently went to get a new phone and Antoine and Pio not only helped me set up my new phone, but gave me options to reduce my monthly payments. I highly recommend the Lowell & Foothill location.
