This place is a complete scam. They are not a corporate Verizon store; they are just a dealer. They try to make extra cash by adding on unnecessary service and bundle fees for upgrades, and they don't provide itemized invoices. We purchased 3 upgrades and were charged $400 for taxes and an extra $250 for a service that Verizon corporate stores don't even charge for. We haven't received our new iPhone 16 Pro yet.
