I have never been treated in a store the way I was treated here. I came to pick up a phone that I have paid for and it has been delivered to the store. Yet, the guy working there refused to give me the phone giving me all kinds of excuses - this is not my home store, I have to transfer inventory, which I can’t, etc. I reached out to Verizon who contacted the store only to have this guy say the same thing to the corporate Verizon rep and then hung up on her. This store is NOT a corporate store. Do NOT go there, EVER.

i wanted to give a quick shout out to adriana. she is literally the mvp. i was having phone activation issues and she helped me figure it out all the while being sweet and patient. she is attentive, considerate, respectful, and kind and i really appreciated her and all the help. she was trouble shooting with me for nearly an hour and was trying her best to make it work. highly highly recommend this location especially if adriana is working :)
