i wanted to give a quick shout out to adriana. she is literally the mvp. i was having phone activation issues and she helped me figure it out all the while being sweet and patient. she is attentive, considerate, respectful, and kind and i really appreciated her and all the help. she was trouble shooting with me for nearly an hour and was trying her best to make it work. highly highly recommend this location especially if adriana is working :)

Adriana was very helpful, luckily there were no customers because i had huge issues with my account and she was very patient and took the time to resolve everything.

I did a big mistake & moved some of my lines from VERIZON to AT&T. Needless to say, I felt horrible from DAY ONE !! Upon going back to Verizon plus in Montrose, store on Verdugo Boulevard in Glendale California I was welcomed with a smile , Adriana, Steve & Robert did great job in fulfilling. My needs to get 4 new lines. They ALL are great assets for VERIZON company & I highly recommend them. :)
