I did a big mistake & moved some of my lines from VERIZON to AT&T. Needless to say, I felt horrible from DAY ONE !! Upon going back to Verizon plus in Montrose, store on Verdugo Boulevard in Glendale California I was welcomed with a smile , Adriana, Steve & Robert did great job in fulfilling. My needs to get 4 new lines. They ALL are great assets for VERIZON company & I highly recommend them. :)

MINUS-5 STARS, AND ONE UNHINGED VERIZON RETAIL STORE OUT THERE !!! This guys are not doing their jobs, neither for the Verizon or for their store and nor for their own customers….. Lazy enough to mark the order is ready on the system so customers will get notified on the app that their order is ready for pickup! I called them after 24 hours no response, left a voicemail, after two hours got missed call and again lazy enough even to leave a voicemail to let the customer know about the status of the order???
