Excellent staff! From the beginning to the end of my visit everyone was very welcoming and helpful! I came in with a 13pro max and left with a brand new 17 pro max! extremely pleased with my new phone and perks that came with my line! Loveeee the team here at the fulshear location.

Watch out for these employees and manager. They’re crooks. I was quoted one price for an existing line and a new line but then was charged DOUBLE by Verizon. They tried to cover themselves and pin it on Verizon and a “technical glitch” but in reality Verizon corporate confirmed that the amount they quoted me in store was never valid. I lost my grandfathered plan and corporate discount over this.
