Went to pick up an online order and ended up upgrading my apple watch. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Went above and beyond to help me and made my transaction super easy and quick. Would recommend this location.

Everyone should visit this store to see how bad the service is. The guy didn't speak English at all. The police officer stared at me the whole time. It was a horrible experience. All I needed was some new ear buds

I’ve been with verizon for about 7 months now and to be honest it’s been 7 months of hell and constant lies/misinformation… UNTIL yesterday when I went into the Fulshear store and spoke with Que the store manager. Que took her time and helped me figure out why I was being grossly overcharged on my bill and she went out of her way to help me contact the right department via phone, spoke on my behalf and helped me resolve problems that I had been having for the last 5 months. Worst company. They have horrible signal. Phone has so many issues. When They say your getting a " free phone " for adding a line it's a complete scam and there no contract is a lie your stuck with them until your "free phone" is paid for

El peor de todos los Verizon no soy de dejar review pero hoy mi experiencia fue HORRIBLE, me dejaron 40 minutos esperando y cuando pregunta si me podían atender me dijeron que la única persona que hablaba español se desocupaba en 40 minutos más y yo le dije en inglés ?? Y no me dijeron nada de verdad que lo tomo como un acto racista no vuelvo a ir a esta tienda lo peor tengo 10 líneas con Verizon me cambiaré
