I had a terrible experience with Verizon’s customer service. They tried to scam me by downgrading my service plan on the quote without telling me. The representative then pretended that the new downgraded plan’s prices would “match” what T-Mobile was offering. This was completely misleading. Instead of being upfront and honest, Verizon used deceptive tactics to make their offer look competitive. Highly recommend! I was in search of a corporate store and was super disappointed with Sealy’s location. Here the staff greets you friendly and actually helps you!! I waited maybe 5 minutes and they had a few people in here. Overall satisfied with them!

I was extremely pleased with the service I was provided by Sandra and her manager Sarah. I requested a lot, made multiple visits and they accommodated all my needs even during their lunch time. This is a great example of awesome customer service. Recommend.
