Very poor customer service. There are only 2 customer service associates and takes ages to help any customer. I was there to upgrade my iphone. Waited for almost an hour to come my turn meanehile they supported only 2 customers ahead of me. What a waste of time.

Wow! I guess customer service is completely gone. Not only was the young lady beyond rude today, she acted as is it was some sort of bother me being there needing assistance. When Xfinity sends you to this location, do yourself a favor and go to Cinco Ranch instead, super friendly and not at all bothered by you being there. Do better!

Employee as I’m asking him what is the breakdown of the bill. Tells me he’s getting “agitated”, as I’m asking questions. Might as well just do everything from home. Useless, and waste of time.
