Walked into this store for trouble shooting help for my android and the lead guy (a big guy) said he can't help since he's not a tech. He could of called the tech dept and tried to figure it out but he was too lazy and told me to go to another store that has techs. Terrible customer service. Wish I never signed up with Verizon.
Don’t get to this Verizon super rude and not helpful at all. RATHER MAKE THE DRIVE TO THE ONE ON STATE COLLGE !

Worst experience I've ever had with a cell phone company. It would take forever to write everything that they screwed up. Make sure to check your bill. They conveniently 'forgot' to tell me the mobile protection on my bill for $20 a month wasn't required, as they made it seem. 18 months, and $360 later, I found out it wasn't mandatory. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AT ALL COST.
