Terrible experience. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No clear answers, no effort to help — just attitude. For a company like Verizon, this level of service is unacceptable. I left frustrated and feeling like my time didn’t matter. Avoid this location.
I came in to buy a phone cord. I tried to pay with cash but the manager said “ I don’t take cash.” I asked if it was legal to refuse cash and Arizona and he responded, “ I don’t have cash to give.” This is after I pulled out a crisp 20$ bill and a single 1$ for the 20$ charger I wanted to buy. I hope someone evaluates this location.
Alex delivered exceptional customer service tonight. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, took ownership of my issue, and made sure everything was handled correctly from start to finish. He represents Verizon extremely well and deserves recognition for consistently going above and beyond. One of the best experiences I’ve had at Verizon, he convinced me to continue service with the company instead of ending my plan. I left the store happy
