Employees were rude and unaccommodating when picking up my phone, was planning to purchase a case and a screen protector alongside my phone but the employees managed to turn me off from that. I saw the sales advisor basically throw my phone into a bag before handing it to me, no thanks for being a customer or offered any services.
Would leave 0 stars if I could This place does not help with anything. They can not help you access your account if you have issues, they can not help reboot your phone if it is having software issues, and will always redirect you to customer service. Despite customer service telling you to go into the store and talk to an associate for assistance. This place is basically just a store ment to uosell you a phone or other fancy product/ accessory like an Xbox instead of helping you when your phone is broken.
This store hours are incorrect. I saw it for 10am and got there early just in case. I waited a few minutes and even double checked by scanning the QR code on the door and it says 10am. There’s been employees entering the store but no one has opened the door. Worst experience ever and this is the last time I’ll ever come to this location. The one in Costa Mesa is way better. Update: They finally open the doors at 10:43am. So don’t go near opening time expecting to be open. Expect it to open at 11am
