First woman (glasses wavy hair) (she left before 4:30pm today) kept talking to me like I’m stupid. Bet she’s fun to be around… Explained the situation multiple times and responded with “I don’t understand what you’re asking (twice),” and “You do have the MyVerizon app right?” While staring at me without any attempt to understand what I’m saying. YES I CAN SEE WITHIN THE APP BUT I’M ASKING YOU SPECIFICALLY TO CHECK ON YOUR END BECAUSE I GOT A MESSAGE SAYING I WOULD BE CHARGED $2,700!!! Literally had to pretend like everything... read more
Terrible experience. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No clear answers, no effort to help — just attitude. For a company like Verizon, this level of service is unacceptable. I left frustrated and feeling like my time didn’t matter. Avoid this location.
I came in to buy a phone cord. I tried to pay with cash but the manager said “ I don’t take cash.” I asked if it was legal to refuse cash and Arizona and he responded, “ I don’t have cash to give.” This is after I pulled out a crisp 20$ bill and a single 1$ for the 20$ charger I wanted to buy. I hope someone evaluates this location.
Alex delivered exceptional customer service tonight. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, took ownership of my issue, and made sure everything was handled correctly from start to finish. He represents Verizon extremely well and deserves recognition for consistently going above and beyond. One of the best experiences I’ve had at Verizon, he convinced me to continue service with the company instead of ending my plan. I left the store happy
