Poor customer service
I got great service from Steff and a lot of information on my current deal
The customer service is the worst, especially from the women, who insult customers with sarcastic comments and even discuss sexual matters with each other. I have no problem with that type of conversation, but when you do it in a dirty way to be the center of attention or gain some kind of work advantage, it's reprehensible. In my opinion, there really needs to be a drastic change in the people who run that place.
Staff was amazing. They couldn’t help me either my issue but he told me that right up front and didn’t waste my time or try to sell me anything. Very impressed!
Typical Verizon store. We tried to switch service from a broken phone to a phone we already own at home and it asked for a QR code to complete.
