I had a fairly decent customer service experience the first time I visited this location. Unfortunately, they were unable to get the issue fixed during the visit and they setup an Apple Store appointment for me to further troubleshoot my phone. After spending hours at the Apple Store, it was determined that the phone was fine and that Verizon itself was causing my phone to only have service for less than 30% of the time. Went to store for an email transfer on husband phone and mentioned my Mother had passed away and I had her voice on an old android phone and now it was lost because I couldn’t transfer it to my iPhone but Tommy went above and beyond helpful and transferred her voice to my phone and google account. I’ll be forever grateful for his professionalism and him showing real care about my situation. Thank you Tommy.
I stopped in today and was initially upset. I spoke with Spencer, who was able to have a great conversation and adjust my bill to the correct amount. I am now looking into getting a credit for the additional amount I paid. Overall, I recommend this location.

I have been a Verizon customer for 25 years. Thats a pretty long time. I've lived in Fredericksburg for 20 of those years and done ALL of my local cell business with this Verizon store in Central Park. Getting great service is #1 important to me.
