Literally came in for a new Sim card and it was a constant battle of saying no to every ploy to get to get us to upgrade the phone. The employees were nice but the tactics were exhausting. We were there for an hour and then it turns out they couldn't even do anything and we still have to go to a random phone fix store. Complete waste of time.
Poor customer service I wouldn't be going back there no time soon
Since the founder of SIEHT (Dr. Thomas Falkenberg) passed away this year, the main building seems to have become an indoor mall for several small proprietorships not having anything to do with eye care, although Dr. Shelly Hayes is still there. If you're looking for SIEHT, you'll want to contact the person you've worked with previously to verify the location.
Rude! Rude! Rude! Save your time and go elsewhere. Any other store but this.
I bought a new iPhone 16 on Monday. Justine was fabulous. She was fast and efficient and a delight to deal with. Give her a raise!
