On Saturday July 25th, I had an outstanding experience at the Verizon store in Central Park - Fredericksburg, VA to thanks to Tommy. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to address all of my concerns and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel rushed. Great service, Wedlin took care of everything from start to finish. Great team and staff!
Horrible experience. Went in on July 3 to get two new phones and open a new account. We were completely lied to about what was added to our account without our permission. The sales tech kept trying to get us to add on extra crap we had to tell him over and over we just wanted phones and service. Well he still snuck extra “perks” and hidden things and lied about it when we went in the next day he acted like he didn’t know what we were talking about. Will never go here again because I will never trust them again.
If you want to be treated like garbage, lied to and manipulated, then this is your place!! The General Manager, Marcy is a horrible leader and awful excuse for an employee. She excels in avoiding you and never answering your questions truthfully. Worse, is that this is what she projects and teaches much of her team. In addition to her there’s a business accounts manager, John Zimmerman, who's even worse. He’s one of the most arrogant and incompetent managers I’ve ever met.
