The customer service named Danata if iam not mistaken with his name spelling. He was so rude and don’t have any knowledge about his job.
Wedlin was kind, professional and efficient. After getting a new phone, I was having issues syncing another device to my plan. I had spent over 2 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service with no progress. Wedlin was able to fix everything in under 30 minutes on the first try.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I went there to trade in my current phone and get a 17. I called ahead of time and asked if they had any in stock and they said yes. I get there maybe 10 min later and they’re telling me they are out of stock and have no idea why I was told they were in stock. They said I could order and pick it up from another Verizon almost 30 min away.
