Really bad customer service won’t be back again
In my recent experience at the Verizon store located at 1580 Central Park Boulevard in Fredericksburg, I was fortunate to be assisted by an employee named Kelly. After visiting two other locations without resolution, Kelly took the time to sit down with me, thoroughly address my concerns, and get my phone working again. She demonstrated genuine care and professionalism, making sure that my issues were resolved completely. Very poor customer service at this Verizon store. I went in to check my bill and upgrade my phone, and the employee refused to help, saying I had to call customer service because it’s a business account—even though I’ve handled it in-store before. The manager told me the same thing and didn’t try to help at all. When I got frustrated, they asked me to leave. I went to another Verizon store right after, and they helped me with no issue. Clearly this location just doesn’t care about customers. I won’t be coming back.
