Wow, just Wow... I can't believe how unprofessional this location is.. I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for many years. I have three hotspots and a cell phone with them. Recently two of my hotspots had to be upgraded due to 3G being discontinued. I sue them for my business. I got the new devises and put them in production. The problem is both of the new devises were only getting 0.1 download and 0.4 upload. I really appreciate the level of customer service we received both times we came to this location. Tameka and Reginald are wonderful to work with. Both helped us with upgrading our lines and making sure the experience was wonderful. We drive out of the way to go to this location.
