Went in to the store to upgrade my work phone. Met with Peter and it was a great buying experience. He was attentive to what I was looking for and answered all my questions knowledgeably and honestly. No pressure to buy anything I didn’t need. Also, the new renovation of the store makes it feel warm and inviting like you’re at home. Great job Verizon all around. Highly recommend Peter for all your needs.
My sister-in-law went there yesterday to open her own account the stupid lady apparently didn't understand or know what she was doing because she gave my sister-in-law a new phone on a different account
Terrible store apparently no one know how to do there job in this store. All i need was a line taken off my account simple 5 min job sat there for 25 minutes and no one ever came out
I’m sure the service is fine, but I needed Fios help and there was a sign posted that read, “Fios is here”. They sent me away to another location. If Fios isn’t there, take down the sign.
