Went here to ask a few questions and the employee strangely felt a little confrontational and told me misinformation. I have insurance to get my phone battery replaced for free (which another Verizon store had told me), but she stated I'd need to turn my phone in for a refurbished replacement or there would be a $99 payment for the battery. Would not go again to this location.

I was in this store upgrading a phone for my teenager son. Mikayla was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and even though my plan had some hiccups she expertly worked thru all the options and I walked out with a better phone and a cheaper cellular plan. I would return to this location anytime.

Although the reps at this store are polite, they are extremely, extremely uneducated on Verizon policies and mislead their customers. I returned an upgraded phone (the order of which the online reps had canceled but shipped anyways...). They didn't have the phone I wanted in the store, so I returned the phone, leaving empty handed.
