All the staff really good
Although the reps at this store are polite, they are extremely, extremely uneducated on Verizon policies and mislead their customers. I returned an upgraded phone (the order of which the online reps had canceled but shipped anyways...). They didn't have the phone I wanted in the store, so I returned the phone, leaving empty handed. This store has the worst customer service! Please go elsewhere to spend $1,000.
We have made multiple appointments at this location and still have to wait for service.
Staff not very friendly and rude. Staff gets paid in commission, so they are trying to sale you things you don't need and change you for everything including and not limited to charging you to transfer your data from your old phone to your new one.
