The customer service I received. Was no help at all. my phone had been saying searching for Wi-Fi connection. I tried doing it through Google and their suggestions didn't work. Made an appointment at the store. I handed the phone to the tech person. Told him what was going on. He takes the phone looks at it. the tech then says it probably has to do with your home Wi-Fi. Then hand me back my phone. And I walk out of the store very very dissatisfied. And no better off than I was when I came into the store.
Very helpful and fast service
This review is on Verizon as a company and their questionable billing tactics. I was with them for over 15 years... and now I'm extremely happy that I switched carriers to Xfinity!!! After switching, I started receiving text messages about a balance due. Much to my surprise, they didn't state what the balance was from or anything else.
