I came to this location as instructed by VZ customer service to exchange my Samsung S25 Edge for IPhone 17 Pro. The manager refused to do it and lied to me several times. I contacted the VZ customer service in corporate while in the store for 1 hour , provided them the information of the lazy manager. They apologize to me over the phone and handle everything for me.
