Very poor customer service. The building is dirty.
Aleida Gonzalez was outstanding ! She super helpful and super courteous! I love the way she helped me and made me feel comfortable in the process! She should promoted!!! Please give her a raise!!! Aleida Gonzalez is representative of great customer service!!!! Ms. Gonzalez should make the commercials for Verizon service!!!!

I have visited Verizon at W. Bellfort and S.W Freeway.I had a virus laden phone that was locking up. Luis helped me get it fixed in 20 minutes. He was wonderful!!!!!!! I had tons of questions. He patiently answered every one in ways I could understand,being that I am terrible at understanding anything electronic. T A huge Thank You to Luis. He needs a pay raise for just dealing with electronic idiots. I'm a happy gal my phone works right. Great job LUIS!!!!!!!
