I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 15 years. Recently, I visited the Stafford store to return my old phone after upgrading and to open a new line. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I entered the store, I was not greeted. I stood near the door until the manager looked up from her phone. She glanced around, noticed the other employees were assisting customers, and told me someone would be with me in a few minutes and to have a seat on one of the benches. I patiently waited. This store and the staff are a joke. I was told there was a product available for me to purchase after spending an hour and half they gave me the runaround claiming the device couldn’t be taken out the system because of an error. They also lied and said no one has the device in the area and if they could just ship to which i said no. The manager didn’t even acknowledge the fact i was there waiting. Generally speaking this place is slow, however I wanted to give them a chance after suffering a tremendous loss! The associates inside were aggressive in defense of their contract con. I.E. if you have to cancel the service, they will bill you for whats left on any devices, and then just steal the remainder of credit you had from any trade ins. Black dude with low cut was very rude & nasty attitude. His demeanor was non chalant wasn’t helpful at all!!. I went when they first opened up wayy too early to already have a messed up attitude is insane. Wasted my time & gas going up there
