Stay away! This isn't even a true Verizon business. I went in there because I have lifelong screen protector replacements, some little young immature unprofessional kid with a smart mouth tells me they don't do it there. Hey, the U.S. Army is hiring! Avoid this place. Now I understand why they only have a 3.7 rating.
Mari helpled me get a new phone and took her time to make sure everything weny great! Her and shane have helped me so much!
Shane and TJ gave me a good experience after having issues with the other store in elyria. Definitely making this my new home store!
