Upgraded phones last month. Was misquoted on what total bill would be moving forward. Came in today to question additional charges. 182 additional charges last month. A bill of over 540 for this month. No explanation could be made. To cap it off this kid gave me one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. This after not being able to explain the huge bill increase. He followed me to the door aggressively after I told him I didn’t like he was speaking to me and asked for the managers name.
Went into the store expecting support and left irritated. I had a simple question regarding an upgrade and the red head was very rude and dismissive towards me and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. If you hate your job that much go work somewhere else. He pretty much didn’t even want me in the store.
Don't go here the kid i say kid was not helpful at all treated me like I was stupid im not that old either but I will never go there again I was only there 5 minutes give or take . He was so rude and arrogant I hope he doesn't talk to his mother that way . So I called Verizon and got a lady who helped me and it worked . Call customer service they are nicer.
