TJ and Bry are Rock Stars when it comes to customer service. We had a bad customer service experience at the Medina Verizon store. Came to the Elyria location and had an amazing experience.. Thanh’s to TJ and Bry. I cannot describe their professionalism and knowledge of Verizon products and plans. (Blown Away )The Elyria location is very blessed to have them. They both need to be recognized for their customer care and knowledge they offer to their customers.
Fast online pickup! I really appreciate it because I needed the phone the same day if it all possible and they took care of it really quickly. It seems like a motivated team at this store.

I was at this store last week three times cuz I crush my phone they were so helpful so nice so patient with me I can't say enough good things about this store
