I wish i could give NEGATIVE stars. I went there and paid all my devices off wanting to cut ties entirely with them. Cause they just keep getting worse. (Verizon) Was told everything was paid off and was good to go. Did the # transfer pin and everything. And now i have a bill of $126 in collections supposivly for the service for 1 line. We had the best experience here. We worked with Chris, who is an amazing human. He was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond. They are blessed to have him there. I hope he doesn't go anywhere anytime soon. We will definitely go back to this Verizon location.
I knew they were going to pull their crap when I walked in the door. Pick literally any other phone company than this one. Nothing but damn lies and adding on stuff without my permission. How’d I go from 180 to 400$ a month ? Before leaving here I made sure over and over again the bill would be a certain amount that THEY ADVERTISED and was told yes repeatedly.
