Zac at Verizon provided an extremely poor customer service experience; he was rude, unhelpful, and showed no interest in assisting with even basic questions. Instead of explaining how to complete the process or offering guidance, he walked away without clarification, leaving confusion unresolved and the issue unfinished. His lack of professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made the visit frustrating and reflected badly on Verizon’s standards for customer care.
Thomas at Verizon Wireless provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to help my wife get her phone working again. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and took as much time as needed to make sure everything was fully resolved. He explained things clearly, never rushed the process, and genuinely cared about making sure he did everything possible to fix the issue. His professionalism and dedication made the experience smooth and stress-free, and he is a great example of excellent customer service.
