Hospitality and lack of urgency after waiting in the store over an hour is unacceptable. I will drive an hour to find another store before visiting this one again.
Me and my husband did the mistake of changing from Verizon to T-Mobile. We decided to go back to Verizon not knowing what to expect since we have had a bad experience with T-Mobile. Anastasia right away greeted us and took us as a walk in and help us so much. She is a great sales person and did and amazing job she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new service. I’m leaving a 5 star for one of the staff there his name is Eric and helped us with our issue we we’re having. Told us straight out how things are and didn’t sugar coat anything like previous people have. There needs to be more staff like him thank you keep up the good work.
