Definitely wont be dealing with this store ever again, had issues with my switch , had spoken to verizon about my issue they told me to head to a corporate store, which i did the lady helped me for a few seconds, then left me to attend to other customers, definitely will be leaving verizon its been just terrible customer

Been a Verizon customer for almost 5 years. Never had an issue till today, 9/14/25. I called customer service first and they told me to go to the store which I did. The person assisting me Jaime, was very rude, looked irritated and made no effort to find resolution other then giving me his name. The manager Jesus did not even personally try to resolve any issue or acknowledge my presence. Yet, on my last upgrade he had no problem adding all these perks n extras. They are too busy to actually help the customer. Don’t understand why if you go to the stores they always treat you badly. Like they are not trying to make a sale.
