I've been a Verizon customer for almost 20 years. I have six phone lines with you. Today I came to ask about an order that was placed. What I'm saying is, the person who helped us doesn't have the character or patience to serve customers, or rather, they're not qualified for those customer service positions. Let's hope in the future you have kinder and more responsible people at work.
Saw me walk in nobody gets me on the waiting list then 3 others walk in no appointment and get helped instantly. I guess they only care about the colored people. White man with 3 employees standing around don't bother working 3 colors walk in better jump on it
Terrell was helpful and quickly helped me with my credit returns. He assured me that the trades went through and I did receive my email verifications. He even took the time to help me verify my old watch was cleared before he completed the return. He also helped go over a few scenarios about how my bill would look after these returns and what to expect if I had already paid for the month without the credit. I would come back to work with Terrell in the future.
