The customer service at the Verizon Store on Colorado Boulevard truly impressed me today. I was assisted by Hugh who went above and beyond to assist me with my issue. He is a savvy sales person attentive, smart and highly efficient.
Jamie and Patrick were the most helpful!! They are amazing and need raises!!
I will reiterate others comments that the manager of this store needs to go through some type of training. They act like it's a burden to assist you and are basically rude to your face.
I couldn’t have gotten better service from Angel! He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and kind. The store was clean and well managed. I will definitely go back to this location in the future!
