These people here are so unprofessional they have inappropriate conversations with one another about women in front of customers and then they fight over who’s doing what and have attitudes with customers after fighting with each other with the exception of one or two employees that actually are helpful but the past few times I’ve gotten angel and he’s not helpfully he gets an attitude and makes it seem like he doesn’t wanna help unless your a pretty woman then he’s helpful but avoid this store at all costs

When my grandson's cellphone suddenly wouldn't charge and he really needed it for his early morning job the next day, we raced to the Verizon store at 2073 So Colorado Blvd #102 with just minutes left before closing time. We were greeted immediately by an energetic, friendly young man named Angel who listened to our issue, picked up a tiny pin light, spotted bits of dirt in the charger receptacle, selected a tiny tool from his keychain and very gently and patiently dug out every last bit of dirt. I was upgrading my husband's phone. They told me $30.00 to transfer data. I was not told ahead of time. Had to call customer service to get that taken care of. Rashid was very helpful at customer service. Now I have to sign into all his stuff facebook but I dont understand things they ask for The staff at the store tell me they have done everything they can it is up to me to do the rest without any help or even hints .
