I came in to get assistance due to a problem I encountered with Walmart's Wireless Center. Verizon told me I could take the phone to one of their stores to have it returned. As I waited during my visit at the local Verizon store, I noticed the team, overall, was exceptional and provided attentive and professional customer service. 5/25. Associate incorrectly ported my finances number from ATT. He didn’t stop to verify the number was correct and inputted the wrong number. We've been on the phone with Verizon corporate all day due to his mistake. They found a change order in their system after we left so he may have realized his mistake without telling us and tried to correct it...
