***DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION*** On 2/13 I spent 1.5 hours here to upgrade two phones. After the staff failed 3x to migrate apps/data/settings to new phone, I asked for the charges to be reversed and my old phones reinstated. Travis the store manager then told me he couldn’t help with a refund. He explained all of the fees were non-refundable and neither he nor his employees had to inform customers about non-refundable items. Contemplated making the switch from AT&T to Verizon way too late in life. Verizon is proving robbed better in every category. This is a corporate store, they were quick, attentive and solutions oriented in all the best ways. Grateful for such a wonderful experience!
Travis Yates in the Cherry Creek store went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. His patience and knowledge after 11 years of experience were remarkable as we tried to solve a complicated problem
