I visited this Verizon store to return my damaged phone, as the Verizon website stated I could drop it off here. Unfortunately, the store associate was dismissive and gave me attitude when I simply asked for assistance. It’s disappointing to be treated so poorly as a customer. A little courtesy and professionalism would go a long way. I won’t be returning to this store.

Worked with Justin today, he did not allow me to do my trade in even though I already had upgraded my phone and it was under the turn in your old phone in ANY condition. He was rude, kept scrolling on his instagram while helping me, lifting up his shirt to scratch his belly (very weird) and then belittle me when he said he wouldn’t take my phone for the trade in promotion. Didn’t disclose service fee to transfer data to new phone and dismissed when I returned without any help. Worst customer service at a Verizon store I’ve ever experienced.

Bought an iPhone here recently and the sales rep brought out a quote with Verizon protect service plan on it. I said no thanks I don't want that, please remove it. Sales rep came back with the phone a few minutes later and a bill with Verizon protect on it. I again said no thanks, I do not want this. He said it had to be on there, but I could remove it using the app. I don't know if this is true or not, but either way it it sucks if the rep is lying to try to make some sort of service plan commission or if Verizon really doe... read more

I drove 20 minutes from downtown to your location, only to be told by a representative that you don’t accept digital IDs. The representative, a young woman with glasses, stated that only “federally regulated IDs” are accepted—despite the fact that the digital ID I presented is issued by the government, and is indeed federally recognized. What’s frustrating is that when I went to a different Verizon location, they accepted the same ID without issue and provided excellent service.
