I made an insurance claim for a screen replacement on my google pixel. It was a minor scratch and nothing was wrong with my phone prior. I took it to the place that verizon told me to go which was called "You Break It I fix". The screen replacement tech broke my phone. When I got my phone back, it wouldn't even turn on. Terrible customer service, went in to upgrade my phone was told I would get $830 credit but they were out of stock on the phone and I could go to the Apple Store and pick one up, went to the Apple Store and they said they were not able to help me, went back and all of sudden my credit was down to $730, somehow lost $100. Was told that from the time I walked to a different store that the deal had changed.
