I came this store 5 time to talk with busniess rep I couldn’t get any appointments , I talked with store manager that so many problems with my account , he said he will check my account what are the problems he didn’t call me or text me they always make up something always some excuses

Got really excellent service from Stefan at the Verizon store in Cherry Creek mall. He went above and beyond to lay out different options and find the plans that worked best for my family, and take the time to explain it multiple times. Highly recommend working with him on your next phone.

I visited this Verizon store to return my damaged phone, as the Verizon website stated I could drop it off here. Unfortunately, the store associate was dismissive and gave me attitude when I simply asked for assistance. It’s disappointing to be treated so poorly as a customer. A little courtesy and professionalism would go a long way. I won’t be returning to this store.

Worked with Justin today, he did not allow me to do my trade in even though I already had upgraded my phone and it was under the turn in your old phone in ANY condition. He was rude, kept scrolling on his instagram while helping me, lifting up his shirt to scratch his belly (very weird) and then belittle me when he said he wouldn’t take my phone for the trade in promotion.
