One of the best customer service experiences of my life. Hunter was thoughtful, efficient, and professional in helping me upgrade and exchange my phone. I had an overwhelmingly positive experience and left with an upgraded phone and plan.
Scam bate and switch. Go to this store if you want to get scammed. If the offer to buy you out of your contract from another provider, run out the door! The store “manager” Hunter promised to fulfill a $400 rebate for my T-Mobile contract they bought me out of. 5 months later and multiple calls and trips to the store achieved nothing.
