Krista was a dream to work with, she got me new wifi, a new phone, and set me up with all of the bundles. I walked out paying less in the long run than with my old plans and I got NFL Sunday ticket? Seems unreal but it’s true. Plus I didn’t have the headache of talking with AT&T or Quantum Fiber! Krista just got Verizon a customer for life.

Was told I could return my equipment to any Verizon store by customer service. I arrive and they tell me I can’t do that, and u have to call Verizon for a return label annd arrange drop off with UPS. I call Verizon customer service again and they tell me I should have been able to return equipment to the store and that I didn’t have to call at all, and to just drop it off at any UPS store. This place wasted an hour of my time.

I really appreciated my experience at this Verizon! The staff were all very nice and incredibly helpful. It had been about 5 years and I was in need of a new phone and Hunter was able to clearly explain all my options for prices for new phones and how I could get the best deal with the best phone plan. Once my phone was ordered and delivered, Hunter helped me through the data transfer and assisted with helping put on my new screen protector.
