Came in to trade my phone which I hate doing anything with technology but CJ made it such an easy process and was super helpful in his suggestions. Also made it easy to transfer all my stuff over so I didn't have to do it at home. If you need any service ask for CJ! Thanks again

Went in to pick up a new phone my husband had ordered while he’s in hospital. First staff I worked with was rude and condescending about it not being my name on the order even though there are three of us on the account. She demanded my MIL physically be present and show an ID to pick it up even though she doesn’t live here and didn’t place the order. I left and came back after family added me as an account manager and they still put me through the wringer before they’d let me take the phone. Husband has been in the hospital... read more

People are rating this store so low because they didn’t have CJ to help them out he makes this store a full 5 stars!! Next time anyone goes to this location ask for CJ he checks every detail and was very helpful!

I went in to get help with my my phone and I spoke with CJ Vincent and he went above and beyond and he deserves a crazy raise or needs to in corporate. Great knowledge, honest, and just easy to talk to.
