Not to keen on sending a message to anyone in paticular, The biggest Bait and switch company in existance. If you look at anyone with hidden fees you've found it. I can say with out a doubt I can afford what was listed at the sit down. and recieved a bill of $600 for my first one for 1 line. Traded in my Iphone 14 at the time and it was still super high. The 3 employees there were unable to get me get a phone I already paid for, false information on how to resolve, have zero concern for keeping me as a Verizon customer.
Verizon’s customer service has fallen apart. I thought it was just the online customer service. Apparently they’re nearly as bad at their physical stores.
I am a 26 year customer of Verizon and I am truly considering a new provider due to the lack of customer service at this store and most likely any of their stores. The only help you receive costs $$$. I purchased a new iPhone this morning and was informed to help me set it up would cost an additional $30.00. I did not have an additional 30 and said I would attempt it myself there at the store. My very gracious salesman answered a few questions for me and was reprimanded by the manager.
