I am very curious how much money Verizon steals monthly from people that change carriers. How their theft works is, say you pre pay $120 on your pay in advance account and your monthly bill is $60. I’m honestly surprised when I hear negative experiences, because mine have consistently been great—especially this past week. Over the weekend, my phone completely crashed. CJ and Tyler are the best!! I'm a seasoned individual and not as tech savvy, but these gentlemen took their time to work with me and show me how to access different apps on my new Samsung S26 Ultra. I also had issues accessing my visual voice mail and they were able to get it up and running!! Thanks guys!!
