CJ was the best, it took us sometime to figure the problem out but he got it done.
Alexa is the most helpful employee of Verizon of all time. She is kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. I blocked my entire day based on past experiences at Verizon, and she had me in and out with every issue solved within an hour. She deserves a promotion immediately.
