I’m honestly surprised when I hear negative experiences, because mine have consistently been great—especially this past week. Over the weekend, my phone completely crashed. I couldn’t even turn it on, and I had zero access to anything. First thing Monday morning, I went into my local Verizon store and was helped by Aaron. if i could put 0 stars i would. upgraded my phone back in Jan and the employees failed to mention a free apple watch promotion, now quoting me almost $1000 for a watch that should've been free due to their negligence. went in and the manager was completely apathetic and pulled the usual "wish there was more i could do" bs. so much for customer service lmao

After a failed factory reset at home, I brought my Pixel 8a into the Northfield Verizon store. The customer rep who helped me, Yaretzi B. was wonderful! She knew what to do to get me into my phone again and to get it running properly. All the while being very reassuring, explaining everything she did. Thank you for the great customer service!!

If you have emotions don’t come to this facility. I went in there because my phone isn’t working. I found out my line got suspended. Instead of talking with me and putting costumer service skills to work a white man with red hair (possible name Bronco) told me I’m getting emotional.
