Either they have to change the hold team, train them better or even better CLOSE the store. Honestly if I’m the owner of that store I would be so embarrassed of clients have an image so bad of my store. Or even be so embarrassed having to many incompetent employees that they don’t know what they are doing, or just come to the store clock in be on their phones, or just talk to each other. I went to this store to do what was supposed to be a quick and simple trade in, but was instead greeted by a female employee with the worst customer service attitude I've honestly ever come across. Did not get her name, but this employee was the only female working on 10/14 at approx. 7:35 PM. She did not assist me at all, tried to tell me I was wrong and had to ship my phone when I selected in-store trade in, didn't offer to provide a work around, and didn't speak with a respectful tone.
