Bad customer service people there needs to be more helpful, I went there to get a new line and after talking to a guy there I regretted it. they look at people like they are better
Tried to become a new Verizon customer but after doing the credit check, they said they needed to verify my ID by me uploading a copy of my social security card. Yeah right! Like I'm going to trust Verizon with that. One hack away from having your identity stolen and Verizon not caring about it.
