Came in with questions about my phone and plan and received terrible customer service. The employee was rude, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed to even be there. I was told to use the app instead of getting help and was going to be charged to transfer my data. Very disappointing experience.
I have been using this store for over years. Bought my first cell phone here. I don't know what has happened but the service has gone from marvelous to horrendous. Five people standing around talking to each other. No customer in the store. Unhelpful, rude and dismissive. Told me to go to Best buy for help. I found another Verizon store and bought a new phone and all the accessories. Ta ta I will not be coming back here.

Very unprofessional and rude customer service. If you call them & ask about having phone in stock they will tell you come to store & once you there, Off course they don’t have it. They want you to waste your time. Go to any other verizon store but not this one.
