I’ve been to this location several times, and each visit has been consistently disappointing. The staff acts like they’re not interested in helping anyone, it feels more like a hangout spot for them than an actual store. You can stand there waiting for assistance and they barely acknowledge you, as if you’re interrupting whatever they’re doing. Had the worse experience at this store. I came back to return my phone. Upon walking in there were three employees on the floor and they all acted as if they didn't want to greet me. The one gentleman I spoke to I told him I was returning my phone and he immediately cut me off to say he believed another customer needed help. I said okay and asked the next person for help and he acted as if I was bothering him. The third employee was sitting down leaned over. Very disappointing store. They did not even listen to my issue until the end and gave me the wrong number to solve my issue. They only seem interested when you are purchasing something.
Staff is condescending and uninterested in helping anyone. Going to a phone store is always a pain but the staff here is really good at making it worse. Just don’t bother going.
