Walked in and nobody to greet me in sight. Had to track someone down. Mind you the store was not busy. Workers are incompetent and ask me to call customer service for a simple phone activation. They are all lazy and would rather be on their personal phones on social media. Please Verizon do something. This store used to be excellent. SMH
Horrible customer service
If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. I came to this store to look at a potential phone upgrade and was met with an incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional employee. Despite the store being empty (Aug 11, 2025), the employee was uninterested in assisting me. I asked if I could hold the phone to test the feel and weight of it and was told that Verizon stores will never allow customers to do that.
