Extremely frustrating experience. After spending nearly 2 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service, I was told to visit this “corporate store” to resolve my issue. When I arrived, I was told they couldn’t help me and that I needed to call customer service again. I’ve now spoken with five different people and still haven’t gotten a resolution. This location has a reputation for being unhelpful, and unfortunately, my experience confirmed it. If this continues, I will be canceling all of my lines and switching carriers.... read more

I'm pretty unhappy with the service here. I was there when the store opened on 7/6/2026. Even though I was at the front of the line, others behind me were served first. When I did get served, the tech person gave me bad information. He looked up my account and erroneously told me I had no travel pass credits for international travel (I had 12 days worth). This place is horrible! I am surprised they have this many stars. These ppl want to do absolutely nothing for the customers. They told me to call customer service. What are they even good for then. They are supposed to be helpful to customers. That's why a retail store is there.
