I'm a regular customer of this store. I've found Jonathan & Luis to be very responsive, pleasant, & professional. They recently helped with an upgrade on a phone. Jonathan made sure that the appropriate info was transferred from the previous phone & shared some suggestions in using the new phone. I'm very grateful for having professional "go to" Verizon assistance when needed.
