We went to the Verizon store at Sepulveda and Washington. I have an iPhone 13 Pro and am going to get the 17 Pro. My bf needs a phone, too, and we needed to add another line. I talked to Mike, who was very knowledgeable and informative. He needed to explain several things to me more than once because it was hard to understand (and I was getting brain freeze), but he was patient and explained until I understood. Terrible experience. First off, keep in mind - i learned after - this is a Verizon authorized retailer not a corporate store. Michael was terrible - all i wanted was to upgrade my device - easy. He was so confused, he upgraded my current phone and selected yes to deleting apps to save storage which I didn’t want him doing. He was gaslighting me when i saw my storage usage decreasing and asking what my phone was removing and he just said “don’t worry about it - it’s fine it’s not deleting anything”. when we finally figured ou... read more
