Dishonest sales tactics. The rep tried to sneak in a $19.99/mo protection plan I never asked for. When I caught the charge, he lied and said it was mandatory to pick up the phone order I had already paid for. When I proved this was false, he tried to bluff me—claiming the only option was to cancel the order. He was clearly banking on me being too impatient to refuse the extra charge. I chose to cancel rather than reward a lie. Avoid this location.

Carlos Exemplifies What Customer Service Should Be!
