Avoid this business. I bought a new iPhone and they could not successfully help me set it up. Eventually, they sent me to the Apple store to complete the setup and still charged me a $40 setup fee. They will charge $70 to apply a screen protector and upsell a bunch of overpriced accessories ($50 for wall charger and $50 for phone case) that cannot be returned or exchanged even if unopened. Dishonest sales tactics. The rep tried to sneak in a $19.99/mo protection plan I never asked for. When I caught the charge, he lied and said it was mandatory to pick up the phone order I had already paid for. When I proved this was false, he tried to bluff me—claiming the only option was to cancel the order. He was clearly banking on me being too impatient to refuse the extra charge. I chose to cancel rather than reward a lie. Avoid this location.
