Mike he was very profesional attend all the problems and I highly recommend him is the best you are so lucky to have him working for Verizon. coming in trying to cancel my line and he make me change my mind going home very happy
I had to do it complicated part of my phone number from an old system to Verizon and Mike at the Culver City store was super super helpful. I really really recommend him.
Mike and Ceaser are best reps on the west coast. Solved the issue and put me in a better situation immediately.
Sales guys friendly and knowledgeable . They give you this deal and that with little written on a paper so you don’t really know if you got a fair price. Like a car dealer in that you always feel like you’re getting cheated. Bought an iPad and iPhone and moved my service back to Verizon. I went back a day or two later and asked them to install the screen protector that I had purchased elsewhere and they said I would have to buy their screen protectors (at a bumped up price) and pay a pretty hefty fee.
