I am extremely disappointed with Verizon internet service and the level of Verizon customer service I have experienced. I have now been without Verizon internet service for more than one week, and despite multiple calls, chats, and attempts through the Verizon app, the issue has still not been resolved. I scheduled a Verizon technician appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, which was the only time that worked for my schedule.
