Manager and crew member are really rude
They are short staffed, transactions takes forever, no one even comes to apologize for their delays and the manager I believe, who’s name is Omar Martinez is very rude. Instead of apologizing he decided to talk down to us as if we were asking to be served for free and even those people deserve manners and respect. She went the extra mile to make sure that everything was done correctly and my new phone was working properly. She provided me with an exceptional customer service. I just got here 9 minutes after they closed. It was some coustomers still inside, and they saw me asking through the window that " please is just a payment he just made a sign with his hand that he can not help me)l)
