I WAS sent letter from Verizon saying that I qualify for MOBILE PHONE AND ALL MOBILE DEVICES PLANS AND ACCESSORUES BOTH POST PAID / INSTALMENT PLan and lease .I went with the letter and I was immediately denied 2 minutes after I gave the assovi as te my I I.d And my credit score was 191points higher when I walked in the pasture than whe I received the letter of guaranteed approval!! I recently had occasion to revisit this store to replace and upgrade an IPhone that had seen better days. The staff was very amenable. Special commendation goes to AJ who resolved a thorny challenge during the transfer of data from the old phone to the new one. More than one visit was required.
