I've been to this store twice the past 2 months and was completely dismissed both times. Initially they didn't have the iPhone-18, said I could order from them and then go to another store to pick it up. During the course of purchasing, we were told there was no longer a phone available within a 60mile radius and the sales guy was no help thereafter. Came in for an upgrade six months ago. I’m 100% disabled veteran. I’ve had seven surgeries in the past year. When I came in for the free upgrade with the trade-in the gentleman that gave me my new plan said my bill was gonna be $134 a month for my phone and my daughter‘s phone. Told me I didn’t need to trade the phone in so I walked out with it threw it away. Been charged for my new phone every month since even though the plan stated that it was supposed to be a trade-in.
