Awesome experience
This particular store (company owned) is the WORST. We had an appointment for service, and when we arrived they told us all they would do is tell us to call service. The manager (Chris) was adamant that they could not and would not help us fix our service. I am adding a picture of Chris the manager. We went on Friday and Jonathan tried to help us, but said we needed to come back on Saturday so that he could call tech support to get the issue resolved. He scheduled us an appointment for Saturday. Terrible service. Chris the manager was unwilling to help with our connection issue. He offered to give us a phone number to call but he would not do more. It was an extremely frustrating situation.
I had a great experience at the Verizon store on Polaris Parkway! Grahm, the Phone Specialist, was incredibly helpful with assisting me in switching over my line and patiently working through a few complications along the way. He made the entire process easy and stress-free while also taking the time to let me know about the upcoming phone promotions over the next couple of weeks. Emily was also fantastic!
