Ryan & the managers are phenomenal. When I had a broken phone they gave me a deal & helped me with a new phone & plan. Definitely recommend. :)

Worst store experience I have ever had. I have been a Verizon customer for more than 13 years with multiple business accounts. Back in December, I visited this store regarding an issue with my account. After a long discussion, the staff told me that if I added another line, traded in an old iPhone, and signed a new 3-year contract, I would qualify for a free iPhone 17. Don't go to this location! Worst experience I've ever had and I'm still dealing with the issues trying to get it all fixed and it's been a week. Go in for an upgrade with a trade in on my phone A.J. changes a phone plan on my bill without me agreeing to it so I lost perks and adds an entire new line without explaining any of this.
