The guy I had really didn’t pay attention to what I was there for and was not focused on what I wanted. I was going to update my phone and iPad but left without a purchase because of his attitude.
Seems like the price is better and new phone if you visit every 3 years

6.30 PM june 2nd 2025. . I’m currently at the Verizon Polaris branch, where I purchased a lifetime screen protector. Unfortunately, I’ve been told that they cannot locate any record of this transaction. I’m extremely disappointed that the store is not honoring what was promised as part of my original purchase. I’ve spoken with a representatives here, but he has been able to assist me effectively. The experience has been very frustrating. I’d appreciate your help in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
Just done with Verizon all together at this point. It's more expensive than every other carrier and the service is garbage. Sales people can't communicate worth a damn and couldn't sell their way out of a paper bag. Tech support is non-existent -- every time I get a new device it ends with a 60-90 minute phone call to tech support to activate the device (and there are time where it still hasn't worked). Stay away and find a new carrier. People giving this location AND/OR Verizon 5 stars must be Russian bots. We are switching... read more
