I'm giving this location at Polaris 1 star because that's as low as it goes. This was the worst customer service by far I've ever received, not only by 1 employee but by 2. Not only did it take for ever to transfer photos and contacts and texts, it didn't transfer all of them. The first boy that waited on us spent more time in the back room then out front. Kameron saved our relationship with Verizon. We walked into the store after two weeks of frustration and delays, ready to leave for another carrier. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. We left the store with an even better plan and pricing than expected and he took his time to have everything correct for us. I'll start off by saying that I've had the worst week. My car was broken into and is in the shop for 2 weeks. Then, my phone just quit on me.
