My husband told me we needed new phones, so I reluctantly agreed. Whenever we go through this process, I feel like, okay, what are we going to walk out of the store with that we don't need. This is why I feel the need to write a review as I no longer dread the Verizon store. Drew, who assisted us, was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Came in to buy a phone, I'm 40 years old on a family plan and they wouldn't do anything without talking to my sister. I didn't even want to change the plan, just buy a phone for cash. Rep started yelling at us asking if we're deaf. Moved on to the store rep and he directed us to call support. Support wanted to talk to my sister through speaker phone to authorize the change. Went in the store earlier today to get some assistance with pairing a new watch and deactivating an older one. Caleb was extremely helpful and got everything set up and transferred over to the watch. He is also very personable and knowledgeable.

My review is based upon my experience at this store and with a representative there (Caleb). This review is not based upon my overall experience with Verizon (which has been less than acceptable). I am a new Verizon customer. I switched from T-Mobile where I was happy and well cared for. The process of moving five lines to Verizon was tedious, stressful, anxiety-ridden and took hours (9 - 10 overall) of my time to close.
