Dre was awesome great customer service
If I could give the place a zero star review I would. I got my daughters phone replaced it was shipped to me. I had a hard time transferring everything over. So I took it to my cloest location. The guys who was sitting inside the door automatically said he would help me. We'll the transfer was taking longer than expected. This guy was getting frustrated with me because of it. Excellent customer service. I wish I had gotten his name, but the guy helping me was friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful. Answered all my questions, showed me examples of how to fix some things and never made me feel rushed. Extremely pleased with my visit.
Noel was a rock star! We had a short wait, but my girlfriend needed some airpods. We were pretty sure the model that we wanted and Noel confirmed the technical specs and closed the deal on our decision. I needed a new screen protector and he quickly installed it and also informed us that there was a brick and mortar ZAGG location right down the street if we ever needed to do a warranty replacement.
