I would recommend staying away from this specific store. They have the despicable me squad running nothing but people’s pockets in there. Not only do they eat into my phone money now they eat into money for gas and my time by customer support telling me to go there and then them telling me to call customer support I call and they tell me I need to go to the store for the store to tell me to come back the next day. Waste of time gas and money and now my money for other stuff. I need my transfer code so I can get away from you... read more

Terrible customer service and an awful pickup experience. The staff was not knowledgeable and was unable to answer basic questions or provide helpful assistance. The entire pickup process was disorganized and frustrating. Overall, the Verizon service was very disappointing. I would not recommend this location.
