We went into the E. Broad Street location today and Atlantis and Jordan were awesome, they were quick with the transfer of the new phones and advised us of the new promotions all the while reducing my monthly bill!!! Great customer service guys!!!

Visited the Columbus Easton on Tuesday afternoon. Clean and bright store. No waiting. Mia Dattalo was our specialist and did an outstanding job. Super knowledgeable, friendly, clearly outlined options to upgrade 2 phones plus internet bundle for all available discounts. Cannot say enough good things about Mia. She is amazing.
