I have never seen a place more unprofessional in my entire life. Honestly, if I had any choice, I would never deal with Verizon at all. Was able to get our bill fixed and still get our plan upgraded when I visited in person. There was an activation fee that was supposed to be taken off initially, but wasn't until I returned on the 2nd time around.

Totally bait and switch by the sales person. Simply wanted to upgrade my phone, which is totally overdue. During this process they told me they were getting me a better deal for my family and I for the same cost of $168 per month and to upgrade my plan. Now my bill is $283 a month anddoesn't include unlimited hotspot. Also the AI system that answers the phone is totally useless in getting me in touch with anyone to resolve this. It hung up on me twice even after I confirmed the text it sent me. We will be switching companies... read more
