My wife and I went to this Verizon store today to upgrade our iPhones and had the BEST experience with Christopher - extremely knowledgable, transparent, friendly, and thorough! He also talked about the positives around Verizon Internet - so we used it this weekend and love it - changing from Breezeline immediately! Great experience!
I came in with a super damaged phone and Jefferey helped me and my mom out and gave us a great deal on the brand new iPhone! The iCloud backup only took like 5-10 minutes for me and he was so kind and very talkative, it made us feel like he really cared about the quality of service. I definitely recommend this store and especially Jeff who was very upfront in his answers to our questions and he was very efficient in finding solutions for our concerns!! If I come back to this store I’ll definitely ask for Jeff! :)
Christopher was absolutely amazing & very understanding of our situation. He was very accommodating within his means. He made sure that we knew exactly what was going on step by step, again within his means.
