They help me fix my phone that was almost 20 years old
Wanted my copies of my last 3 bills.i went with another service and they said my acct was closed and couldn't print them for me. Asked that I call customer service,I did and a no th later still have not recd the info. After 18 years with Verizon and up charges every month I was done, Prime example. Every person you talk to gives you a different answer, basically what you want to hear.
