I had a weird problem with my phone where it would display EVERY incoming call as "private number". Zach was able to fix the problem so I no longer have to raw-dog all my incoming calls. Thanks, Zach!

I don't post reviews very often, but Marissa and Freddy were great! We unfortunately had a difficult situation with our device. It took a lot of time, effort, and trial and error to get fixed. They worked with us and made sure it was taken care of before leaving the store. People get frustrated with wait times, no one likes to wait. However, in most situations the wait time isn't their fault. They can only move as fast as the technology allows. They were amazing and I will definitely be going back next time I need help!
Customer services is impossible, have set appointments and the manager Alan never followed through we are currently on day 13 or transferring lines into a business acct. we purchased three devices and was given a card with a cell phone number that no one's answers then Alan reached out but doesn't have time to help even after appt scheduled. Have been forced to text him repeatedly for last two days and still no progress on moving one line from personal acct into business acct. no photos available.
