We came from AT&T paying $400 a month and Westin got us taken care of, bought out of our contract, and our bill cut almost in half! I used to hate coming into phone stores, but Westin made it super easy.

Dominic at Verizon South College Station was a delight to work with as was the entire staff at this location. We had a great experience from the time we walked into the door. This will continue to be our store of choice!
We have been experiencing recurring billing issues each month. We were promised a monthly payment of X, but we are consistently charged X + 30 USD instead. This is unacceptable, and every month one of us has to spend several hours on the phone to have the issue corrected.
I had a very disappointing experience with the Verizon office in College Station. They sold us phone lines with one promised price, but when the bill arrived, it was extremely high and completely different from what was explained in the store. We spent hours on phone calls with customer service trying to fix the issue, but after two months the problem is still not resolved. The office staff were not supportive at all, especially Michael.
