No wonder this place has 3.5 stars. The workers are slow, they all hide in the back. Waited for over 1 and 1/2 hours. Should have left quicker. Two people were helping one person for at least 45 minutes. One couple was there for over two hours.
We went into this store to ask some questions about transferring my MIL (who is a Verizon customer) to a new phone that is easier for her to use. Unless we were willing to buy a new phone or get a new account they were completely unwilling to help us.
Verizon is the WORST service provider in America. I found out that my prepaid plan's payment was due right at a networking call this morning. I was not able to call my connection, and it put my future at risk. NEVER USE VERIZON!
Most of the time I've been treated with great respect and help. The lady that I had yesterday which I unfortunately I can't think of her name right now, was absolutely wonderful and is right on top getting me fixed up. My phone has a loose charging port so she ordered me a new phone overnight delivery and said to bring it in at my convenience and personally set an appointment for her and she will get everything done for me without me having to go and reapply a bunch of stuff that I had to go through last time with someone el... read more
