I recently had to purchase a new phone because my old phone's battery has beginning to swell. I went into the store and was helped by Marissa. She was very personable and helpful! She printed out paper copies of my receipt to help me walk through what I would owe with different options. This really helped me understand what I would owe for different options, and the cost breakdown for each one. Overall, it was an excellent experience!
Person working got very load with me. Very rude I’ve never be talk to like this being a Verizon customer did 10 years.
I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. My wife's phone glitched and Verizon told me to take it to the Texas Ave Store in College Station. She made an appointment for me. On arrival, there was no one to greet customers and log them in. Finally, someone came from the back to log customers in (there were several). No wonder this place has 3.5 stars. The workers are slow, they all hide in the back. Waited for over 1 and 1/2 hours. Should have left quicker. Two people were helping one person for at least 45 minutes. One couple was there for over two hours.
We went into this store to ask some questions about transferring my MIL (who is a Verizon customer) to a new phone that is easier for her to use. Unless we were willing to buy a new phone or get a new account they were completely unwilling to help us.
