The staff here is undertrained & incapable of resolving any of your Internet or billing issues. They follow a "pass the buck" mentality that leads to confrontations that never resolve the issue at-hand. Each engagement ultimately ends with them dialing into the national hotline and nothing getting resolved. The entire store is ran by people who are flat out rude. The guy Tyler is a Jerk who cuts you off on every sentence. The workers of this store need to take a course on Etiquette.

Switch to mint mobile it’s cheap works off the same towers. Don’t do auto pay with Verizon because you have to switch your account later to stop them from stealing your money if you not with them anymore.

I went to pick up my grandsons new phone and the tablet we were told we could pick up and come back I n the 1st to pick up the watch in our package. Well I was told I could not get the tablet until I picked up the watch, which is not what we were told but I told him it's ok I will just pick up the phone abd come back Friday. He said what phone said u did not have a phone order I said yes I darn sure did. Well after he searched the order he saw it. So I got the phone and when I left we said see you Friday.
