went in looking to trade in a phone for a new one got assisted by a guy who said he had been working there for months but when he helped me with my trade in value told me my phone was worth over $500 so i went along the deal by resetting my phone and activating the new one only to find out that the new price its worth is like half of what was said and he said that its cause its cracked which is understandable but after being told multiple times to be clear about everything why wait until i reset the old and open the new box ... read more
needed to get a new phone and was paired with Zach! he was AWESOME and helped with the whole process, best customer service salesperson i’ve had in my entire life. definitely recommend asking for him when you go in!
Staff does not follow queue. I personally watched one staff member deny a customer access to the bathroom while another escorted a women to the bathroom when she asked. The same customer that was taken first in line was also the same one that got to use the restroom. When I said something about following the queue, the staff member told me "she is a business member and they come first"
Do not switch to verizon save the headache. Been lied from the beginning. Our original carrier was 106 for two lines plus we got HBOMAX for free. We were told our bill would be 110 a month. Not true. Haven't had the service for a month yet got a bill that's 519.00. We bought our own phones from somewhere else. But they were put down as we bought them at this location. Also said we had $80 credit lies, get proof of before leaving the store.
I wanted to upgrade my phone and also add my husband to my phone line. We were paired with Marissa and she was just absolutely amazing to be around. We spent the entire time laughing and cracking up while she also found the best deals for our family plan. My husband and I were both able to get new phones! She was fantastic to work with!
