The reason I gave 4 stars. Is not because I don’t like Verizon. But they don’t answer there phone I called them to. See about some services and. It keeps saying no one is available. Other than that Verizon has service anywhere.

I came Verizon store and honestly, I was a little worried because of the bad reviews. But within five minutes, I met Gabriel, and I wanted to leave a review to say how much I appreciate his patience. My husband has an iPhone 12, and we came in to get the 17 Pro. Even though my husband and I kept asking the same questions, Gabriel answered everything kindly and clearly. I dont like the manager because he is not helpful. they sold me phone and never tell me about billing . everytime i asked them they said james sold you phone and he is not in office. i bought a phone from verison not from james. i will never recommand anyone for this branch. they are scamers.
