Basic customer service is lacking at this store. I strongly advise against coming here. We are new customers to Verizon and have had the worst experience setting up our account and getting the upgraded phones we selected. We are no strangers to waiting when switching providers, but to wait 3.5 hours only to be told the upgraded phone requested was not in stock and that they ordered the wrong device by mistake, then to return when told correct phone is in stock only to find it’s the wrong color. I live down the street from the Huntington Beach Verizon and 100% of the time will drive to the Cerritos store. Best wait times and service of any of the Verizon stores I've had to visit of the years.

I came here on April 19, 2025 because I needed to get my replacement phone connected. I ended up with a representative named Gabriel. He did not seem like he really wanted to help. He was more interested in doing something else. He and the other guys in the store were watching the game. It got so bad that I told him, "It seems like you are busy and have better things to do, so you can leave me, just please find someone who wants to help me so I can get this phone set up.
