If I could give a rating lower than one I would. Be prepared to wait as if the same two people that are being assisted are purchasing a home. I take that back, my home purchase was a lot faster than waiting in the queue. I have been to many locations and carriers and this was the longest wait without adequate seating. Not worth it!

Im only giving this place 5 stars because Elizabeth was super fast and effective. Every time i come here they take so long to help me, but Elizabeth took less than 10 minutes to open up a new phone line and saved me a lot of time.
Extremely Disappointed After 10+ Years of Loyalty I’ve been coming to this store for over ten years. Every year I upgrade to the newest iPhone here, have my plan reviewed, and pick up any accessories I need. Until today, my experiences have always been positive. The employees at this location have zero desire to help the customer once the 'sale' is made . . . . whatever the customer may need after their purchase . . . it's on the customer. The employees at this store are of ZERO help and make no effort to find a solution. I'm simply stating facts from my last couple of visits. It's starts with management.
