Beware when dealing with this location! Record everything, because this store is nothing but trouble. We went in to upgrade our phones, but the team there acted unhelpful, unprofessional, and honestly like gangsters. They tell you one thing, but once you get home you realize they’ve cheated or stolen from you. We spent over 4 hours inside and even had to call the police twice because of their lies. “I strongly do NOT recommend this Verizon store. An employee took my iPhone 16 without my consent and refused to give their name. They tried to make me pay extra for two years for a phone I had already fully paid for. I was asked to leave the store, and even after police involvement, the issue was not resolved. I have proof of full payment. Be cautious when dealing with this location.
