The service was very slow and was told to wait for 10 minutes. We decided to leave after 30 minutes two associates where just standing watching. Note: The police officer on duty was providing more customer service to us than Verizon associates.
We traded in our iPhones to upgrade to newer models. They offered a plan that supposedly included many services for free—apps, Hulu, Disney, and more. But we never got to use any of them; those offers simply don’t exist. We called multiple times, but the suggestions they gave didn’t work. We even went back to the store, but they told us they couldn’t help and that we had to do everything online. In the end, our money was wasted.
